Cactus is a somewhat engaging film, acting's okay. Has too many unknowns though, with no prelude or conclusion.
We don't know who's paying for the delivery, if there are any consequences for not doing so. Why Rosco just lets him go? It's all too underwritten and cut short. The offer could have been made a lot earlier too, making it all for nothing.
