I thought It is impossible to make a boring disaster film, but Devil Winds is just that: Boring. The storm chaser, the estranged sister, and second rate special effects we have seen it all. Did I forget to mention Nicole Eggert who used to be beautiful wearing too much makeup. Basically a great movie to watch if you have insomnia at 2:00AM and want to go to sleep. 1 Star out of 10
