All drugs concluding alcohol has been outlawed. One day a year for 12 hours people 18 and over are allowed to drink and do drugs legally. The film centers on high school seniors going to a Binge party.
The production starts as a spoof on "The Purge." It moves into a Harold and Kumar film and ends up as Scott Pilgrim. It does have some funny scenes slightly less than sophomoric. Teens envy parents who drank wine from a box and had pink alcohol with an umbrella in it, getting loaded and having sex with strangers with a foreign accent.
