The Medicine Man was a pretty good film, it had very good quality even though it was made in 1992. What makes the movie interesting is the fact that the scientist discovers a cure for cancer, which is derived apparently from a flower way up in the jungle's trees. The movie also had a good story plot; adventure, drama and romance. One thing that was very cringe to me was the romance between the scientist and his research assistant Lorainne. Disclaimer: there is nudity in this movie. At the end of the movie, Lorainne decide to stay with the scientist in the jungle with the indigenes people.
