I'll skip the rating for this one! After all, it's technically brilliant but also evil.

Warning: Spoilers
Technically speaking, Leni Riefenstahl's "Triumph of the Will" is a brilliantly made documentary. Of course, it all is a giant love letter to Adolph Hitler and did a lot to give him a sense of legitimacy. Years later, Riefenstahl completely denied anything and everything about the film and practically said she barely knew Hitler nor cared for the man. In other words, she wanted to have it all...to adore and praise the monster and yet receive no blame whatsoever for his monstrous actions!

So should you watch this giant tribute to Hitler and his Third Reich? Maybe. If you love history and can watch it without having your head explode, by all means watch the film. Otherwise, it's skippable and perhaps you should just watch "The Wonderful, Horrible Life of Leni Riefenstahl", a great documentary that sums up Riefenstahl quite well.
