6/10
One of the better straight to DVD Van Damme flicks.

Van Damme wakes up the morning after having sex with a girl he met in a club to find one of his kidneys has been surgically removed and he's pretty mad about it. Turns out he was going to donate the kidney to his dying niece so he's has to get it back.

I enjoyed this movie, the action is well shot, pretty brutal in places, despite being in his 50's Van Damme can still easily pull of his signature spinning kicks and there's enough action to satisfy fans of his movies. He's a pro who's been doing this for decades so there's no complaints there. It's a simple plot but there's a surprising amount of drama and emotion in some scenes with Van Damme showing that he can be a solid actor in the right movie.

Some of the supporting cast are not particularly great actors though and the frequent green screen used during driving scenes looks really terrible and sticks out like a sore thumb. Why didn't they just film inside an actual moving car? Surely that would have cost less money to do.

Not as good as the movies from his glory days in the 80's and 90's but still an enjoyable low budget action movie. Way better than some of the trash he's made like Black Water or Until Death.
