An OK film, but the worst of the trilogy.

Sinbad and the Eye of the Tiger is a 1977 action fantasy classic directed by Sam Wanamaker and starring Patrick Wayne, Taryn Power and Patrick Troughton. This is in my opinion the worst of the trilogy, it's by no means bad but I think it's only OK. The acting is fine and so is the story but for a trilogy whose main attractions are the scenes in wich there is a battle with some stop motion creature there really isn't much of it here, there is a giant iron minotaur but he gets killed when a huge rock falls on top of him before the encounter with the protagonist. And of the fights that do ensue only the final one with the saber tooth tiger is really memourable (though the encounter with the huge walrus is also pretty cool). Anyways I definitely don't think it's a bad film, just OK and very forgettable espeacily when comparing it to the 2 predecessors. 6.8/10
