I liked Kiefer Sutherland in a few movies, but this is not one of them. The character he plays was a big tough, famous assassin and long wanted by the police. He was not at all convincing in this role. Banks did not suspect that there was something wrong with his partner, he felt absolutely nothing. Such a famous assassin, as he was presented, could not be fooled so easily. I think this is one of the reasons that made from the movie one without suspense.
