It's a biopic of rodeo legend Lane Frost (Luke Perry). He followed his father's footsteps and started riding as a boy. He travels the rodeo circuit with friends Tuff Hedeman (Stephen Baldwin) and Cody Lambert. He falls for and marries barrel racer Kellie Kyle (Cynthia Geary).
This is a fine biopic. Luke Perry is a nice lead. The movie takes a step up with the marriage troubles. Kellie's story is interesting and heart-felt. This works and that's all.
