The director tried to make a comedy which looks realistic, but has elements of drama as well. I would call it a good attempt, but It didn't appeal to me. First problem with this is that it's not funny. Secondly, giving realistic touch to an old storyline doesn't make it new. It is the same old drama with a new look. Somewhat better, but how it got an 8.3 is a mystery.
