I had never played a Fable game before and I got into this immediately after pressing start. I played for 25 hours or something, collecting money which I thought I would be able to add to the royal treasury as doomsday came. But I was just playing and not keeping track closely enough to realize the days weren't going down one by one. I had 121 days left and I was thinking that I had time to collect more to ensure the safety of my people. Nope! Every single person died. And I had a million+ in MY personal account that wasn't allowed to be switched over once the countdown days IMMEDIATELY switched from 121 to 0. Wasted all that time. I'm still pissed about it a week later.
