Night Eyes II: By the numbers sequel
3 March 2019
A follow up the critically-unacclaimed Night Eyes (1990) we see Andrew Stevens return as security guard Will Griffith, a man who has the habit of falling for women he's paid to protect.

This time him and his buddy Tim "Tuvok" Russ are hired to protect a Presidential candidate and his wife from terrorist attacks. But is everything as it seems and can Will resist the potential future first lady?

Starring "Erotic" thriller veteran Shannon Tweed this is your copy and paste thriller stuff with generic characters, some (But oddly little) sexual encounters and a couple of entirely predictable twists.

Arguably this is on par with the first movie, but that's really not saying much. To its credit some of the supporting cast are passable and it's nice to see Stevens returning as the same character. Sadly these things can't make up for just how "Made for TV" the whole thing is, it fails as a thriller and will have even disappointing horny teenagers who rented it for the bewbs.

It is what it is.

The Good:

Harmless enough stuff

The Bad:

I hate cheating protagonists

Very generic stuff

Fails to even accomplish what you'd expect for its genre
