I chanced on the series and guess what, it turned out to be amazing so far. Felix Mallard as Cooper is amazing (the only one who could pull off the same thing from his generation would be Owen Joyner) and so are Clare's parents. I hadn't laughed that much probably since Friends. The one problem seems to be that the other two stars of the show, Stewens-West and Wayans, jr either by their or producers' wish, try to balance the presence of Mallard by trying to overcompensate with unnecessary singing and over-the-top acting. Still, it is one hell of a good show after binging the first six episodes, and I am glad I started watching it. Also, some diversity in the cast, and hearing a nice Aussie accent on a very American show, feels refreshing (mostly it seems not planned but effortlessly done).
