There is actual a very intense scene, where our female leading actress is having intercourse, which ultimately leads to her getting pregnant. Now the story starts from there, because she still goes to school and has a "normal" life to live, not letting anyone know what happened to her.
The stigma that would be put upon her, the trouble she would get from multiple places. Now she is looking for solutions to get rid of that problem and that is where the Drama starts. It may or may not be engaging to watch her struggle, depending on your view but also movie watching habits. If you like to just be entertained by movies, this is not for you.
