I'd say the same thing even if it was involving a male character. It's just creepy, cringy and disgusting to see a 28 year old woman who is obsessed and sexually forceful on a 13 year old girl. I really don't know why the father isn't aware what's going on or even has the brains to being a good parent because he isn't at all!
