8/10
Thoroughly enjoyable, quirky and charming.

Hi from the uk. On first watching the show I was quite surprised that the show is episodic - with additional season long story arcs. Each show has it's crime and by the end of that show it is wrapped up. It would be easy to highlight this as a flaw, there are occasionally very swift resolutions to a crime and the perpatrators easy confessions are often the only way guilt could be proven. Presumably this is necessary to 'solve' the crime in the time allowed. Personally, I was ok with that because the beauty of this show for me was in the characters. Professor T himself was an absolute delight every time he was on screen but the supporting cast deserve just as much praise for making this show so refreshingly human. Frau Sneyers stole many a scene and was just the kind of assistant/friend you would want Prof T to have in his life. Donckers was brilliant especially her story arc concerning her relationship with her father. There are quirky cut aways as you view the world through the eyes of some of the characters. These are often humourous, occasionally sad or thoughtful. I loved the show from beginning to end and would highly recommend it.
