Ho is released from jail to help his brother with an undercover operation: a new counterfeit ring has sprung up in H.K. and Ho's former mentor Lung is suspected of being the ring leader. As the brother get close to Lung they discover he is not the leader, but the victim of money sharks trying to take over his legitimate business.
