When I watch a Christmas movie, I expect to be left with a little more Christmas spirit at the end. I expect the players to do more than just hit their mark and say their lines. I expect real acting. I should also feel their emotions. Casting is responsible to see that players cast are capable of that. There was absolutely no romantic spark, and no Christmas mojo.
