If you like fast paced movies with offbeat characters, than Lonely Bananas might be for you. It is the story of a bunch of wack jobs that all use the same dating service. Their stories unexpectedly intertwine and develop in to several sub plots and even a mystery of sorts. Clearly, this film was made on the cheap, but what it lacks in production value, it more than makes up for in charm. There are plenty of laugh out loud moments,a few awkwardly funny situations and even a touch of heartfelt emotion, all wrapped up in an olive loaf sandwich.
