Lush and gorgeous, this is one of those rare films that makes you believe. Makes you say, what if vampires were real?
The acting was wonderful from major actor to walk-on. The direction was amazing, but it was Neil Jordan, who directed "Interview with the Vampire." So of course it was good. The music was enthralling. The cinematography stunning. The characters real. The story held together, with just enough wrapped up and just enough left to mystery to have left me very satisfied.
Oh what a film! I will watch it over and over! I loved it and don't regret staying up until 2:30 in the morning to watch it.
