I think this series is a good idea, but tricky to pull off. I like the way it was presented and look forward to seeing this group going on adventures together. It also answered questions as to what happened to each of these characters on their origin series. The writing is good and it still has that comic book feel of story telling, without being too silly or over the top. Directing, acting and effects are good. Crossover stories are okay, but a little thin in places. I never read the comic books to see how this compares.

The part that worked the least for me was how Laurel quickly gave her sister approval to join the new team on their mission, and even a new identity, and seemed so happy to send her off, possibly never to be heard from again! How does that fit in with her irrational desire to bring her sister, Sara, back from the dead and back to their father in Star City (last season of Arrow)?
