OK so I'm writing this review from what I can remember having watched it when it first come out & I was like 9 lol. Kelly meets max washing his dads car & encourages him to take her for a drive in it they then just seem to end up on the run in this car. Max is quite a stern character bit cold in his attitude and swears a lot! He kinda always seems off with Kelly till the end when they embrace & they kinda set up to live alone (I won't say how).. This is a good road movie, its not action packed Hollywood style, its a down to earth gritty drama. I would really love to see this film again the fact i can remember is after over 25 years means its something I've appreciated but i cant find it to buy or watch so if someone knows where let me know please.
