Eye of the Stalker (1995 TV Movie)
6/10
fairly well done with a few holes
14 July 2014
It's tough to blame a guy for getting obsessed with Brooke Langton. Yowza. But Jere Burns takes it way beyond that. Despite being tired of villains getting killed at the end of movies, I almost wanted that here!

The whole cast does well; everyone fits their character. Yes, the girl does seem overly slow to catch on for an otherwise smart person, and there are some plot holes which mar an otherwise strong film, pulling my rating down to a 6. Still, the performances are good and the overall production quality is sound, and the story is engaging enough to hold our attention throughout.

There's not much unique here, but it holds together well enough to be an enjoyable watch, especially if you like gorgeous brunettes -- or creepy psycho dudes. Also, for the most part, I liked the writing, despite the occasional weak point in the plot.
