I've read ALL of the books in the Beautiful Creatures series and I found the ending a HUGE disappointment. Ethan doesn't go off to look at colleges in the books and the whole thing of him losing his memory of Elena?! BS! The director DEFINITELY could of made the movie almost perfect to the book like most movies do, the add in were a huge disappointment but other than that I found the way the director brought the characters many people cherish to life excellent! I think that the actors portraying Elena, Ridley and Ethan were perfect. (Those were always my favorite characters). I also enjoyed the fact that Amma was also the Librarian. The roles in the books were very short and less mentioned but since in the movie they were the same person we got to learn EVEN MORE about the Castor world which is perfect in a fans mind like mine. I would definitely see this movie but if you read the books you'll be somewhat disappointed in the ending.....
