Warning: Spoilers
LC is the "man of constant sorrows." You've probably heard how his manager had embezzled his $ 5-Mil. life savings leaving him flat broke at age 70, forcing him to leave a Monastic Buddhist life and tour again, only to find a whole new world-wide acceptance for his poetry and song. This documents his 20-city 1972 tour.. warts and all: groupies, sound equipment problems, and personal disgrace. At around 1:15 he takes some blotter acid before his final performance in Jerusalem with perceived disastrous consequences, but delivers some of his best performances. This is a real and rare treat that should delight any fan, but if you don't "get" his music this documentary will not convert you.
