I'm not going to spend a lot of time explaining my views of this movie, other than to say, well done for the new generation. For all of you comparing it to the way is was when you saw the original wake up today's young folks don't wish to see the past, it is the vision of most of today's young adults to see the present. Just as most do not like the music from era's gone by no matter how fantastic it was for that generation. Movies are remade to attract the new generation, so all you old schoolers out there remember this when you slag a movie for not living up to the historic one you enjoyed. I to prefer an older version of this movie, that being said my youthful niece thought this movie was fantastic.
