Warning: Spoilers
Every time I watch this episode, I keep asking my self what is it about this one that I don't like? I'm for sure grateful for two main things, First, I'm happy Sam's Hell memory has just passed by and he is OK, Moreover though he is lying to his brother about being fine, He is listening to Dean's advice about not kicking the wall any further with reason and consideration and I appreciate Dean's maturity for knocking in some sense to his brother. Second, I'm glad the Lisa/Ben story wasn't just forgotten, For we fans definitely need some proper closure.(and I'll get to that soon). I have to add that I enjoy simple ghost hunts and the idea of a hunted body part is both genuine and smart.

So, Why exactly don't I like it?

1- Like Dean put it, They were trying to save a bunch of dick bags but a innocent girl was caught in the cross fire. I know this is a lesson for the boys that they just can't save everybody, However I still can't accept this fact very well. Plus, no ghost in its right mind would mess with the Impala, Why does she always have to suffer?

2- I always liked the brotherly heart to heart talks, but I just can't exactly wrap my head on that last scene. I'm confused between hating the fact that Sam should have felt more guilty over failing to save Isabel and really appreciating him stepping up and supporting his brother, thanking him for bringing back his soul and telling him sincerely that he will always be there for him.

The Lisa/Ben story:

I like Lisa and Ben, and their presence in the boys' lives gives the show some breeze of fresh air, giving us hope for the boys that some day life can be good to them and they will be rewarded the happiness they deserve. But as a Supernatural fan, I know better than that and I know there is no happy ending for those two, because there is no happy ending in life. (Call me pessimistic, But that is life). I know that Dean will never have the normal life one day and he will probably never have a family of his own. But did Lisa and Ben just forget about him, The answer is obviously No. Lisa loves him but she knows she can't ask him of anything and as any normal woman can't live her life in fear of the day the phone rings to tell her Dean is dead, so she has to move on for her sake and for the sake of her teenage son and asks Dean to move on too. As for Ben, as a kid who never had a father but Dean, he is justifiably having a hard time to let go, putting Dean in a dilemma. However Dean perfectly answers a question I have asked before, Dean might be great with kids, But is he really a father? The answer comes again clearly Yes and No.

1- No, Dean knows too well he is not a father and not a role model, all his low self esteem issues and low opinion of himself comes floating to the surface again, he tells Ben he is not someone he should look up to and with his many issues in mind he can't be responsible for raising a teenage kid, as well as jeopardize his and his mom's lives every now and then.

2- Yes, Dean shows a great level of maturity as a father when he chooses to be completely honest with Ben and admit that he has to be away from them because he loves them enough to not want to mess up their lives.

And to that I have pose another intriguing question, Are Lisa and Ben really a family to Dean?

The answer is Yes, they are like a family to him or at least he thinks they are, but his only real family is Sam. And when he has to choose between them, He will always choose Sam. He sure loves them and loves the idea of the family and the normal life, Yet it is the brotherly love that surpasses everything else.
