It's certainly not one of Abbott and Costello's best films. But it's their first, and that makes it worth seeing and owning. It is an entertaining film, but Abbott and Costello are the main reason to see it, despite not being the main characters. They steal every scene they're in, and perform the best versions of some of their routines. This film contains my favorite versions of "JONAH AND THE WHALE" & "MUSTARD". It also contains a fun segment in which Abbott deducts Costello's pay by docking him for holidays, lunch hours, etc. Anyway, fun film, and totally worth seeing, especially if you're an A&C fan. Anyway, be sure to check this one out. It's a fun film!
