Khosla ka Ghosla - Pitcure Perfect
6 March 2007
When i first heard of this movie, I thought it would be one of those movies like "Raghu Romeo" or "Mixed Doubles" kinda movie. I read few reviews after the movie was released but some how those reviews didn't impress me much and totally forgot to watch the movie. After few weeks i was just on to some kinda forum where people said that they enjoyed the movie very much and i thought lemme give a shot at it so i downloaded the movie with nothing in my mind, after few minutes i was totally into the movie and realized that I was into something really nice.

The movie starts of with our K.K. Khosla trying to buy land in some part of south Delhi with his Provident Fund money and build a double storied building. when he plans to do bhoomi puja for his new land that he bought he does get lost on his way to the property and realizes that some Khurana has occupied on his land. He tries hard to get back his land but realizes that he has to pay khurana around 15 lakhs to get back his land. His younger son ( Chironjee lal Khosla) in mean while plans to go to New York and work there but after looking at his father's helpless situation he realizes that he should rather help his father and take care of his land problem. What follows next is really funny to watch Chiraonjee with the help of some of his theater friends plan a scam and sell a 9 Acre land to Khurana and make 36 lakhs.

After watching the whole movie i realized that i was so wrong to think that this was some waste piece. Anupam Kher and Boman Irani stole the whole show with their flawless acting. Mr. Anupam Kher is mind blowing and was perfectly cast for the role of typical middle class Delhi family man and Boman Irani continues to impress me with his pure and perfect acting his mannerisms as real estate businessman were perfect. Rest of the cast Ranvir Shorey, Pravin Dabbas, Tara Sharma, Vinay Pathak did their job perfectly. Music of Bapi- Tutul and Dhruv Dhalla was apt for the movie especially "Chek De Phatte" song. On the whole great picture with flawless direction by Dibakar Banerjee and great dialogues by Jaideep Shahni the man who gave company and jungle under RGV.I don't have any hesitation to say that Khosla ka Ghosla is one of the best movies that I have seen in past few years. This movie is lot better than any of the big budget movies made in last year like Dhoom2 or Fanna My rating 7.5/10
