I felt obliged to respond, to a rather uninspiring review by Variety{M.Spierer]to this inspiring film. The critic has "nothing to report", in terms of significance of this film. Other than it is a good resume addition for Wm Macy. He is totally oblivious of the inspirational nature of this "film without a message". I guess, that is why I am usually uneasy with Critics in high places 'judgements- and always feel there is a hidden agenda, behind their pronouncements. Be they thumbs UP or DOWN. Anyway in my book this is a must see not "hard to sell" independent film.
