Analyze This is a funny comedy because it puts a usually serious actor (Robert De Niro) in a situation where he has to do things he usually doesn't do (like crying for instance). Add this, along with a funny doctor (Billy Crystal) and a good supporting cast, and you've got a funny movie. It might not have a meaning or anything important, but it is a good comedy that shows that Harold Ramis director/co-writer can still conjure something as funny as this.
