Our villain has just suffered the death of two of his disciples. They died with the hands, er hand, of a one-armed man. He now seeks vengeance with the aid of a weapon that will give you a bowl haircut right above the shoulders. That's right, just like "The Fugitive".
Guillotine Master is an odd-looking fellow. He dresses like a Buddhist priest, has a long beard and eyebrows almost as long. But they don't bother him for he's blind too. He performs his tonsorial arts on any one-armed man who strays in his path.
Eventually there is the final showdown between him and our one-armed Hero, the Teacher. Teacher has to put down every sort of freak using his skills and wits before he can defend himself against the Master.
