British comedy horror has taken many forms. From the Abominable Dr. Phibes to Shaun of the Dead to The Cottage. All very different but all equally funny and A Serial Killer’s Guide To Life is another unique horror comedy that feels at home with a lot of recent films and shows from the U.K.
Lou’s life is going nowhere. Working a minimum wage nothing job and living at home with her mum who she also (kind of) looks after. Looking for some direction in her life she searches for a life coach and happens upon Val. A life coach who is looking to take someone on a self help road trip across England and Lou is desperate enough to hop along for the ride.

Can you believe it's been seven years since Colin Morgan's boy wizard first strode onto our screens?
The series premiere of Merlin on September 20, 2008 set us off on a magical five-year journey - one with mythical monsters, wicked warlocks and excessive amounts of bromantic banter.
Millions tuned in each Saturday night for the show's blend of fun, fantasy and friendship - because Merlin and Arthur (Bradley James) were definitely just friends, Ok? - but what's happened to Camelot's finest since that epic final episode?
Colin Morgan
The aged Emrys might still be waiting for King Arthur to revive, but Merlin lead Colin Morgan hasn't lain dormant these past few years. He appeared opposite fellow Irish legend Gabriel Byrne in BBC One's moody detective drama Quirke in 2014, was seduced by Gillian Anderson as mercurial copper Tom Anderson in The Fall and played cyborg Leo in Channel 4's smash hit Humans.

As we say goodbye to Merlin, it is time to take a quick look back at the series which swept us off our feet and into a magical world of kings and queens, wizards and dragons. In fantasy lore there is no more famous name than Merlin; for everyone has heard of the young warlock and his nemesis Morgana – not to mention King Arthur, who was destined to pull a sword out of stone to unite the kingdom of Camelot. When Merlin debuted 5 years ago, fans across the globe were struck by the refreshing tale of how a young Merlin (Colin Morgan) came to meet his future king, then known as only Prince Arthur (Bradley James), and the infamous women that would shape their lives: Morgana (Katie McGrath) and Guinevere (Angel Coulby).
When it all just began, Merlin was but a lowly servant, mentored by the King’s private physician...

In the opening episode to season 4, the Knights of Camelot come across Morgana (Katie McGrath) after her deception and betrayal. She is with a disfigured Morgause (Emilia Fox) and she strikes them down. Merlin (Colin Morgan) is in the kitchen and he hasn't been there before. Arthur's (Bradley James) shirt gets dirty and Lancelot (Santiago Cabrera) suggests he should use salt but hinting to use magic on it instead. "I'm sure a man of your talents can think of something." Arthur's already dressed with his shirt sticking out at the back. Merlin gives him a lecture and teases him as usual. Merlin's also written a speech. Morgana must reach the Isle of the Blessed with Morgause. Gwen (Angel Coulby) has a new dress for this season 4 and Uther (Anthony Head) isn't over Morgana's betrayal as it's been a year. His heart was broken by her that is something he will never recover from,...

The Knights of the Round Table assembled earlier Wednesday to talk about their roles in the newest season of “Merlin.” Tom Hopper (Sir Percival), Adetomiwa Edun (Sir Elyan), Rupert Young (Sir Leon) and Eoin Macken (Sir Gwaine) obviously bring a lot of zest to an already popular show; off-screen, they seem like a real group of comrades, joking with each other like a true band of brothers. All of the actors were fans of “Merlin” before becoming a part of it. “I did [watch it] because it was a wonderful show,” said Macken. “They [the episodes] were written really, really well, and then we came along and ruined it.” Through...

One last cutie of Merlin: Elyan, aka Adetomiwa Edun: More from Merlin: Edun hasn’t done much else yet, though he did star in Romeo & Juliet at the Globe in 2009: Just about the only other non Merlin image of Edun available: Though there will be more in the near future, I have no doubt. I’m posting pictures like these every weekday-ish, of a man who is attractive and desirable, because I like to look, dammit -- and because the female gaze doesn’t have to be such serious business. (If you have a suggestion for someone we should female-gaze at, feel free to email me with a name or a link to a particular photo. But check to see whom we’ve already gazed at.)...

Morgana (Katie McGrath) finds she has no support from the people of Camelot and the Knights themselves. Her dilemma: how will she reign? With terror of course, she reeks her wrath on the people. This still doesn't convince the Knights to surrender and accept her as queen. Gwen (Angel Coulby) suggests she be allowed to speak with Sir Leon (Rupert Young) and perhaps can make him listen. Letting Morgana think Gwen will be an ally as she has felt the full force of Uther's (Anthony Head) might when he had her father killed. Morgana agrees but only because she has something up her sleeve, knowing that Gwen will betray her. She is aware her allegiance lies with Arthur. It's actually Morgause (Emilia Fox) who has planned this - remember Morgana cannot think for herself, unless it's to seek vengeance. Again the two watch the proceedings in the cell below. At...

Sir Leon (Rupert Young) and the knights of Camelot are attacked, and are found by Druids. Leon is still alive but barely hanging on. Carried to the Druids cave, he is made to drink from the Cup of Life, saving him from death. Leon relays this news to Uther (Anthony Head) who immediately sets his sights on the Cup. He must have it at all costs so that it doesn't fall into the wrong hands. He sends out Arthur (Bradley James) on this perilous quest. I could call the search fruitless and futile because if Uther had left well alone, the Cup where it was, Morgause (Emilia Fox) and Morgana (Katie McGrath) wouldn't have have heard about the Cup and it would have been safer in the hands of the Druids. But Uther, being Uther, must covet such possessions and hide them away in his vault. This being in his nature.

Now that Morgana (Katie McGrath) and Morgause (Emilia Fox) are aware of Arthur's (Bradley James) and Gwen's (Angel Coulby) feelings towards one another, this is going to form a major part of the show, it's predictable. Gwen is now the only visible weakness Arthur has. He can't succumb to magic -- Merlin (Colin Morgan) is there to protect him from this so he needs a more human vulnerability. Gwen could also be used as a tool or object for blackmailing Arthur, if so chosen. But it was good this route wasn't taken by the writers, since it's not in Arthur's character to give in to such threats. Gwen returns home and is kidnapped late at night. Cue camera on Morgana, can she really see so far into the village, all the way to Gwen's house as they made it appear so here? No, she's probably snickering at the prospect of...
