Natasha Bedingfield and rockers A Great Big World will share a stage in Century City this summer. They’ve been booked to perform at the Race to Erase Ms annual gala, which will be held at the Fairmont Century Plaza on May 10.
The 31st installment will also feature a fashion show by L’Agence, a silent auction and dinner. This year’s invitation was designed by pop artist Burton Morris. Bedingfield has seen a bit of a cultural resurgence thanks to the Glen Powell and Sydney Sweeney romantic comedy Anyone But You, which features her 2004 hit song “Unwritten.” A Great Big World is comprised of singer-songwriters Ian Axel and Chad King. The pair is known for “This is the New Year” and their Grammy Award winning song “Say Something” with Christina Aguilera.
Race to Erase Ms was founded in 1993 by Nancy Davis and is dedicated to the treatment and ultimate cure of multiple sclerosis.

Led Zeppelin had Tolkien. Metallica had Lovecraft. But Snail Mail, Dua Lipa, Taking Back Sunday, Why Don’t We, Hanson, and countless others have J.K. Rowling, and her story of the boy with a lightning-shaped scar.
Released in the United States 20 years ago, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone began the seven-book saga with a loud, hairy giant bursting into suburbia — not unlike a certain Twisted Sister video — to rescue a neglected boy from his oppressive relatives, bringing him into a magical new realm. A Great Big World can't be slowed down. The pop duo is using their personal struggles to empower in the new music video for "Won't Stop Running," the latest single from their album When the Morning Comes - which is debuting exclusively on People. In the bare bones video, vocalist Chad King emotionally croons, "I don't know how much longer I can fake it/that it's all alright/that I can do this alone," in front of a black screen while the lyrics flash next to him. King tells People that the powerful song was inspired by his own health battle.

New Orleans (AP) — Christina Aguilera gave her fans a little bit of jazz, a little bit of blues, and a lot of soul during her debut performance Friday at the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival. The very pregnant performer shimmied and danced her way through a litany of hits including "Lady Marmalade," the Labelle song she helped remake into a hit years ago; "Dirrty," ''Candyman," ''Ain't No Other Man," ''Beautiful," ''What a Girl Wants," and her final song of the night, "Fighter." Morgan Griffith of Dallas said she came to Jazz Fest so she could hear Aguilera's voice live. "I've seen her at the Super Bowl and in her movies, like 'Burlesque,' and she's just an amazing performer. "She doesn't just sing. It's everything on cue: the dancers, the setup ... just everything." "She has such a strong voice," added Griffith's friend, Courtney Vrij, also of Dallas. Aguilera...

She’s all over the place these days, and earlier today (February 7) Lorde showed up at Sydney International Airport to catch an outbound flight.
The “Ribs” songstress hid behind a pair of sunglasses as she strolled through the terminal sporting a white graphic t-shirt with black shorts and patent black shoes.
Last month, Lorde became one of the youngest artists to ever win a Grammy Award and now her sister India Yelich-o’Connor has also garnered some buzz for her cover of A Great Big World’s “Say Something.”
Ian Axel of Agbw told MTV News, "It was awesome! You can hear a little bit of her, maybe she's influenced by her sister's sound a little bit. It was just so awesome that our music is a). connecting to people in New Zealand and b). it's Lorde's sister and Lorde's awesome. I wanted to meet her. We saw her perform...

Life for A Great Big World (aka, the musical duo of Ian Axel and Chad Vaccarino) is moving at warp speed. Their collaboration with Christina Aguilera on "Say Something" has, quite simply, completely changed their careers. Xtina first heard the song while watching So You Think You Can Dance. "And then we got a call and were in L.A. like a week later recording with her," Vaccarino said as he and Axel walked the red carpet at the 2013 American Music Awards. Not long after that, they were performing the ballad with Xtina on The Voice. "We were touring and we canceled some shows to make it happen," Axel said. "Everything was happening so fast." And to think it was...

Looking good, X-Tina! The diva looked beautiful and slimmer than ever as she took the stage with A Great Big World at the American Music Awards for a truly knock-out performance.
Christina Aguilera, 32, looked amazing as she sang the emotional ballad “Say Something” with songwriting duo A Great Big World at the American Music Awards on Nov. 24. Is this the best she’s ever looked?
Christina Aguilera Performs With A Great Big World
No doubt, Christina is known for her beautiful voice — but the singer looked just as stunning as her voice is during her emotional song with A Great Big World, comprised of singer-songwriters, Ian Axel and Chad Vaccarino. You know it seems like you’ve never heard of an act and then, in a flash, it seems like they’ve everywhere? So it is with A Great Big World. The New York duo composed of Ian Axel and Chad Vaccarino first caught people’s attention with their viral hit “This Is the New Year,” which was covered on “Glee” earlier this year. Then on Nov. 4, they performed their fragile, sad piano ballad, “Say Something,” with Christina Aguilera on “The Voice.” A studio version of the tune, also featuring Aguilera, was released that night on iTunes and sold enough copies for the...

Christina Aguilera brings her star power to the new music video for A Great Big World's hit "Say Something." That being said, though, the singer nevertheless serves up a certain subtleness to the clip, which is definitely appropriate given the tone of both the ballad and the video itself. If you recall, the song was previously released featuring only A Great Big World's Ian Axel and Chad Vaccarino. It was later re-recorded with Aguilera, and the indie pop act performed the new version with the Grammy winner on the Nov. 5 episode of The Voice. As a result, the track soon found its way to the top of the Billboard Digital Songs chart. "We actually were thinking that she would take a verse...

In its first week, the single shot to #1 on the Billboard Digital Songs chart and moved almost 200,000 units, and the new clip definitely does it justice.
Band mates Ian Axel and Chad Vaccarino had a blast in the studio with Aguilera, with Chad telling the Hollywood Reporter, "We could not be happier with how [Aguilera] did, how the recording came out. It’s amazing."
As for the inspiration behind “Say Something,” Ian explained, "Chad and I were just both heartbroken at the same time, and writing this song was our therapy.”
Vaccarino added, "We actually were thinking that she would take a verse and do all this belting stuff at the end, but she didn’t want to do that, she...

The Voice has yet to find its Kelly Clarkson, Carrie Underwood or One Direction, but the show has proven a major springboard for musical duo A Great Big World. Consisting of vocalist Ian Axel and longtime writing partner Chad Vaccarino, the indie pop act took the stage with Voice coach Christina Aguilera to premiere the duet "Say Something" on the Nov. 5 episode -- a subtle but emotional performance that pushed the ballad to debut at the top of the Billboard Digital Songs chart last week.
