Oh Dear.
If nothing else, this week's episode proves that this season will probably go down as the worst in the history of the show. It wasn't all the fault of the designers, though. Mostly, but not all.
This week the designers have to create tear-away outfits for Thunder From Down Under dancers. This should have been one of the most fun challenges of the season, and the dancers were Hot, Adorable, and Eager To Please. No, seriously, those were three of their stage names.
So what happened that made Heidi scold the designers and announce, "I think we should wrap this show early, and you're all out." First of all, they only had one day, and for designers that had never attempted menswear before, this just wasn't enough time. And it may appear that designing for guys is easier than women, but that's not necessarily the case, especially when...

It was a breakaway disaster on "Project Runway" as no one won the runway challenge in a first for the show. The teams were tasked with designing for the male dance troupe, Thunder From Down Under. Not only did they have to make clothes look great for the guys, but they had to tear away easily for their performances.
It proved to be a struggle too much for both teams and all eight remaining designers. The clothes were ill-fitting, poorly constructed, and in some cases they didn't even break away. Which is a shame, because the judges felt the best part was when the clothes were torn off of the men. Not so much for the reason you might expect, though. It was just that bad.
"Designers, unfortunately today our favourite part was when the clothes were off," Heidi Klum told them. "Tonight, there’s no winner. And this is a ‘Project Runway’ first.

Read Michael Costello’s hysterical take on last night’s episode right here!
Troubles Spark on this week’s episode! Rachel Roy fills in for Zac, while Joan Rivers and her daughter guest star as judges! Can the Fashion Police star give any helpful advice to these hopeful wannabes?
This week starts off with Daniel feeling like he needs to redeem himself after being in the bottom last week. I have no worries that he will do just that. Since Michelle is now a “lone wolf” she is put to work with Patricia and Layana. Ironically enough Michelle really did Not want to work with Patricia, she is just really out to get poor Patricia. What do you have against her ?
Today’s challenge started by the designers walking into a room of sweet old ladies showing us some moves iv’e never seen on the dance floor and getting their groove on.

Designer and former ‘Runway’ contestant Michael Costello talks us through the latest episode in his latest recap. Read on to find out what happens in the always anticipated unconventional challenge!
On this week’s episode it’s everyone’s favorite challenge: the “unconventional” challenge. Just guess where the designers will be sourcing materials? At a flower shop. Yup, that’s right — a flower shop! Designers seem a little worried especially Amanda: she didn’t even have flowers at her wedding! I guess Barbie isn’t as girly as we thought, but I have to admit I am curious to see what she can do. Along with the flowers, designers learn that there is something more to the challenge! Heidi Klum tells them they will also get materials from the hardware store, so it will be a 2 in 1 challenge with flowers and hardware.

Designer and former ‘Runway’ contestant Michael Costello talks us through the entire episode in his latest recap. Read on to find out what the designers created for their toughest client: Heidi Klum herself!
This week, Kate wants to prove herself and she is ready to fight! Let’s see her put her boxing gloves on and hope that she doesn’t get knocked out like Pacquiao! This week’s challenge is to create looks for Heidi to wear for the launch of her perfume “Surprise.” The perfume is a mix of feminine and hard with ingredients like pink pepper, mandarin, and jasmine. Sounds tasty — is it edible? Heidi gives the designers inspiration boxes and she wants a look that is sexy but not slutty and stays in the color scheme of the perfume which are black, pink, and gold. Let’s see what “Surprises” come out of this challenge!

We can quibble about the name Project Runway: All-Stars, since I don't see prized contestants like Nick Verreos or Jillian Lewis in this lineup, but the second installment of Lifetime's alumni competition is probably going to be entertaining all the same. Truly. There are enough wild cards at play here -- each equipped with a wildly different skill type and level -- to make the season worth a run. The only problem? We need to rank which of these all-stars is destined for success. So here, just two days shy of Thursday's premiere, my predictions for the rankings of Project Runway All-Stars' new season. Spoiler: Pretty sure I made it work, guys.
13. Peach Carr
Now, I am a human being, so I love Peach Carr, her constant catchphrasing (Loved when she said that her skirt wasn't short enough to "show the good china?), and her ritzy suburban Chicago flair.

Katie Holmes is a free woman — meaning, that as she embarks on this new chapter in her life, and on a new coast, the time is right for her to reconsider and recommit to her acting career (and in doing so hopefully steer wide of anything else like Jack & Jill). "I was on Babylon 5 , so I'm used to bizarre creatures who shed their old skin."
This week's episode of Gbc opens with the worst thing to happen to Texas since James Van Der Beek's drawl in Varsity Blues. Amanda shows up to church ... in slacks. Gigi is horrified beyond belief, but Amanda tells her that as long as she shows up, she doesn't think God minds what she wears. "That's fine," Gigi responds, "As long as you don't mind everyone else thinking you're a lesbian."
And we're off.
We're introduced to Carlene's Uncle Burl (Bruce Boxleitner), who's been gone for two years "distributing bibles to folks in the third world countries ... from his yacht." It's obvious Gigi has a spark for him, but she'd like to take a torch to his wife, the scheming, cold Bitsy, played by the faboo Donna Mills, who knows a thing or two about cold and scheming.

We begin with 20 designers but only 16 will be in. Four are booted before it even begins! Will there be a Santino Rice? A Daniel Vosovic? An Uli Herzner (what, you don’t remember her fabulous print/pattern sense for hot climates?...

Amanda went for full on glamour, completing the screen siren look with soft bouncy curls and red lips. Her little frock was super sexy while still being chic, and the starlet looked amazing.
