Let it be known that Caroline Krafft, the Mathlete of all Mathletes is probably one of the most underrated Mean Girls characters around. She's right up with Glen Coco, Kevin G. and the "I just have a lot of feelings" girl. Let it also be known that Caroline Krafft need not change for anyone, either. 99-cent lip gloss is nothing to be ashamed of. Also, let's toast to snaggleteeth while we're at it. Did we mention she was leading the way for body positivity in the early '00s with her unplucked eyebrows? Damn right. As dope as she is, Caroline Krafft, sadly, was just a character, who actually looks nothing like the actor who played her. We're certain, however, Clare Preuss, the 38-year-old who got...

Mean Girls has been “gamified.” In honor of the film’s 10th anniversary (I feel old), Cinefix has presented the classic tale of high school queen bees and wannabes in the form of an 8-bit video game, created by David Dutton with music by Henry Dutton.
Follow Cady around as she tries to navigate her way through her new school, collecting inventory (map to the school, pink shirt, Kevin G.’s business card, protein bars, etc.) and making friends throughout, perhaps even moving up a level to become a Plastic (shut up!).
The game gives you options about how to...

It’s the most happy of pop culture coincidences: The 10-year anniversary of the theatrical release of Mean Girls is today, and April 30 just happens to be a pink-clad Wednesday this year. Mean Girls fans — a huge amount of people in 2004, and somehow an even larger group now — know that Wednesdays are sort-of special when it comes to quoting the Tina Fey-penned cult comedy, second only to Oct. 3.

"Mean Girls," every millennial's favorite high school comedy, is celebrating its 10th anniversary this month (we'll pause for a moment to let that fact make you feel super old). In honor of that fetch milestone, actor Daniel Franzese (who played Damien) revealed some juicy behind-the-scenes details about the film -- including its original (and awful-sounding) ending.
In an interview with Cosmopolitan.com, Franzese discussed the movie's legacy and fans' loving (and rabid reactions to) the film a decade later. While speculating about where Damien might have ended up after high school, Franzese let it slip that there were several key scenes that were cut or altered, including a closing scene that we're glad never saw the light of day.
"There was actually a complete alternate ending to the movie," Franzese told Cosmo. "In the original script that I read, Kevin G. gets busted by Miss Norbury for selling ecstasy --...

Mean Girls may now be one of the Internet’s favorite movies — just look at Twitter whenever the film airs on cable — but it was anything but a surefire hit while in production.
“It was my first movie. I was pretty young,” Rajiv Surendra, who portrayed mathlete Kevin G. in the film, tells EW. ” had worked on really big films that had been shot in Toronto. I remember asking her, ‘How do you think this movie is going to fare?’ and she said, ‘Come on. It’s called Mean Girls and it’s starring Lindsay Lohan. It’s going straight to DVD.

Or, at least, we can assume Lady Gaga did after taking a hit of a joint that a fan passed her onstage in Amsterdam yesterday.
“Oh, it’s real,” she said in video that caught the exchange, and then, after taking a few puffs, “And for those of you who are wondering if I’m high right now, I am not. That is not nearly enough to get me high.”
Legally smoking some marijuana? So not controversial. Here are a few things just off the top of my head, just of things I’ve read in the past month,...
