Exclusive: Scott Bakula will return to the New York stage this winter in an Off Broadway, world premiere production of the new musical The Connector, conceived and directed by Daisy Prince with music and lyrics by Tony winner Jason Robert Brown (Parade) and a book by Jonathan Marc Sherman.
A production of the acclaimed Off Broadway non-profit company McC Theater, The Connector will begin performances at McC Theater’s Newman Mills Theater on January 12, 2024, with an opening night set for February 6. The limited engagement will run through February 18, 2024.

McC Theater Robert LuPone, Bernard Telsey, William Cantler, Artistic Directors Blake West, Executive Director announced today that Emmanuelle Chriqui Entourage, The Borgias and Cheyenne Jackson 30 Rock, Xanadu have joined the cast of Playwright-in-Residence Neil Labutes The Heart of the Matter, which the company will present for four nights only next week. The company will also feature actor Krysten Ritter Dont Trust the B---- in Apartment 23, Breaking Bad, with additional cast members to be announced. The special benefit performances will take place June 13, 14, 15 and 16, 2012 at 700 p.m. at the Lucille Lortel Theatre 121 Christopher Street, NYC. Directed by Carolyn Cantor Regrets at Manhattan Theatre Club, MCCs production of Labutes In a Dark Dark House, proceeds will support McC Theaters Playwrights Coalition program, free PlayLab reading series and literary development activities.

Directed by Carl Andress. the six-character play will now continue through Sunday, March 15 (two additional weeks) at the Lucille Lortel Theatre (121 Christopher Street, NYC). The production, which opened on February 2, features Mr. Busch, Scott Parkinson, Sarah Rafferty, Jennifer Van Dyck, Jonathan Walker and Kathleen Turner (and marks Ms. Turner's return to Off Broadway in more than 30 years).
