Treme Season 3 Delayed
There are some suspicious goings-on behind the scenes of HBO’s Treme, which is in production for its third season. For the first two seasons of the series, it premiered in the spring, but when HBO announced their spring premieres they announced Veep and Game of Thrones (yippee!) but notably left out Treme. Naturally, several fans of the show grew worried the show had been canceled; yet production of the season never ceased, leaving it clear (hopefully) the show would air at some point.
As previously reported by out adorable little sister site, Criminal Complex, executive producer David Simon is wanting a fall premiere, which would mean we’ll have waited a year for a new episode of Treme. The worst of all this is we have no straight answers from anybody. Aside from Simon’s brief mention of the fall premeire, no official information regarding the show has been released.

'Treme' is a show that portrays the struggle and hardship that befell New Orleans in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. Yesterday, a real-life tragedy struck 'Treme.'
Michael Showers, who played New Orleans homicide Captain John Guidry on the HBO drama, was found dead in the Mississippi River Wednesday morning. The actor was 45 years old.
A steamboat captain saw Showers' body floating in the river near New Orleans' French Quarter and called the authorities. The police told the New Orleans Times-Picayune his body had been in the water for nearly two days. No official cause of death has yet been determined.
The death is eerily reminiscent of on-screen suicide that occurred in Season 1 of the show, when John Goodman's character Creighton Bernette killed himself by jumping off a steamboat into the Mississippi.

A tenant is unaware of what horrors and what dangers await her as her landlord develops a dangerous obsession with her.
The Resident isn't bursting at the seams with originality. The overall premise has been done to death a million times already. So what makes The Resident a better then usual offering in this sub-genre? Well, it's well made and well executed on every level. However, what takes it a step up from the normal is the performances. Hilary Swank makes for an appealing heroine. Christopher Lee contributes some solid support in his brief amount of screen time. The real standout, though, is Jeffrey Dean Morgan. He not only plays this part of a crazed admirer, he inhibits the part.

The film's trailer is below and the latest film poster is listed left.
The synopsis for The Resident here:
"The story tells of Juliet Dermer (Hilary Swank), a doctor who moves into the attic of an apartment block and begins to suspect that someone is watching her, only to discover that her landlord,...
