General Hospital predictions suspect Anna Devane might be ready for a new romance to help her heal from her recent heartbreak on the ABC soap opera.
General Hospital: Anna Devane Single
Not long ago on Gh, Anna Devane’s romance with Valentin Cassadine went up in flames because of his lies. They were both traumatized when she accidentally shot his daughter, Charlotte Cassadine. She didn’t know Charlotte was stalking her.
So, when Anna caught the teen in her old apartment, she fired. But if Valentin had told Anna that Charlotte was the one terrorizing her, she would have never shot her. Anna was so distraught she cut Val off because she couldn’t trust him.
Gh | ABC
Currently, on General Hospital, Valentin is trying to get Anna back. And while he surely still loves her, his reason for pursuing her might have more to do with his connection to Pikeman.

Why Luke and Laura’s Wedding is Still Talk of the Town Let’s start with a little time travel, shall we? The General Hospital Luke and Laura’s Wedding is the stuff of legends. And no, not just because of the questionable fashion choices of the 80s. This episode set the bar for soap opera nuptials so high that every wedding since has been playing catch-up. There wasn’t going to be a wedding, said Tristan Rogers, and yet, here we are, still gabbing about it decades later. It’s like Elizabeth Taylor herself decided to sprinkle a bit...

General Hospital has lost its way, and adding cast members with little to no significance to the current cast has been par for the course.
The cast is so bloated, yet many longtime fan favorites have been on the back burner for so long that what was simmering is probably stuck to the pot.
Over the years, the show has morphed from the hospital drama to being more focused on the mob scene, run by none other than Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).
Whether viewers want to admit it or not, he has become the face of the show. He is on nearly every day and often is the center of focus for several big storylines on the daytime drama.
However, some of us remember the days of great storylines that happened at the hospital. The nursing staff has dwindled, and the doctors are few and far between these days.

Here, Genie Francis, Maurice Benard, Kin Shriner, Kristina Wagner and Tristan Rogers discuss the ABC’s soap opera’s loyal fandom, and reminisce about its heyday, when supercouple Luke (Anthony Geary) and Laura (Francis) — creations of then-executive producer Gloria Monty — lifted the show into the pop culture stratosphere.

When we last saw Holly Scorpio (Emma Samms) on ABC’s General Hospital two years ago, she was presumed dead. However, viewers knew that she was still very much alive, and just being held captive by a mysterious someone in Monte Carlo. Then, Covid came into our lives and threw everything for a loop, including Samms’ return to the show, as the actress describes to TV Insider. “I still very much [have] Long Covid and I was concerned about coming back to work and Frank [Valentini, head writer] assured me they would be accommodating, and they’ve been incredibly kind in working around what I’m capable of,” she says. As for where Holly has been for the last two years since we saw last her, Samms could only say, “it’s been rough, obviously. Yes, she’s been held captive.” In clips from the show accompanying the interview above, we...

Ava (Maura West) will make a full recovery, but she worries about where she goes from here.
Grief will be all-consuming as another week goes by.
Here’s what to expect from this week’s episodes of General Hospital.
Brando’s death affects everyone
While not everyone will be mourning Brando, the town will remain on edge because of what happened.
The General Hospital preview video showed Sonny (Maurice Benard) looking grief-stricken and Joss (Eden McCoy) looking similarly.
Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) is having difficulty with Brando’s loss, especially since the couple lost their son not long ago.

General Hospital spoilers for next week’s episodes of the ABC soap tease that it will be one for the books.
Things in Port Charles are a mess, with the lingering question about who attacked Ava (Maura West).
The suspect list continues to grow, but no one speaks up about what they know.
There are several obvious suspects on the spectrum. However, General Hospital writers know better than to make the attacker someone so obvious as Victor (Charles Shaughnessy) or Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst).
As next week plays out, the mystery will continue. The Cassadines believe one of their own did it, but no one will come clean. Should they be worried about each other or an outside enemy?

Early this year, “General Hospital” killed off Luke Spencer, the iconic character who was played by Anthony Geary on and off for decades. Luke’s current wife Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) turned up at the door of his ex-wife Laura (Genie Francis) — whose coupledom with Luke sent “General Hospital” to its stratospheric heights in the early 1980s — to tell her the tragic news. Luke had been killed, under mysterious circumstances, of course, in a cable-car accident in Austria.
On Friday, the show memorialized Luke, with his old friends gathering to celebrate him on the Haunted Star.
Frank Valentini, the executive producer of “General Hospital,” isn’t doing interviews about why he decided to kill off Luke now, especially since Geary, who is 74, hasn’t been on the show since a guest appearance in 2017. But Luke’s death has indeed provided a rich storytelling opportunity, first as Luke’s friends — and...

“General Hospital” plans to celebrate beloved cast member John Reilly and his iconic character Sean Donely with an episode dedicated to him this spring, Variety has learned exclusively.
Executive producer Frank Valentini tells Variety that Reilly “was a huge part of the ‘Gh’ history and will be honored in an upcoming episode that the writers are working on now.”
Due to Covid-19, the ABC daytime drama has adjusted its schedule slightly, but both the writers’ room and production are still working weeks ahead and are currently prepping content for the end of the first quarter and start of the second quarter of 2021.
Reilly started on “General Hospital” in June 1984, playing Sean Donely consecutively for more than a decade, through February 1995, and then making sporadic appearances as the character in 2008 (for the finale of spinoff “General Hospital: Night Shift”) and in 2013.
