Because The CW only licenses the Bulletproof series, it's likely much less expensive for the network to air than original scripted programming. At the same time, the ratings aren't very good so it's hard to tell if it will be worth it for the network to want any additional seasons (if they're produced). Will Bulletproof be cancelled or renewed for season three? Stay tuned. *Status Update Below.

Taking influence from films such as Lethal Weapon and Bad Boys and adding a “Law and Order rhythm”, Top Boy star Ashley Walters and Kidulthood creator Noel Clarke say that they want new show Bulletproof to be the most commercial drama on British television.
Speaking to Deadline, the pair, old friends who have never properly appeared on screen together, they discuss how their new Sky One series came about and how they figured out the tone for a funny, and action packed, buddy cop drama.
Walters also tells Deadline about the return of gang drama Top Boy, thanks to hip hop artist Drake, while Clarke opens up about his new All3Media-backed production company.
Bulletproof, which airs on the British pay-tv broadcaster on May 15 at 9pm, stars Walters as Senior Officer Ronnie Pike and Clarke as Senior Officer Aaron Bishop.

An evident labour of love for first-time writer-director Dan Cadan, this cheerful British comedy attempts to fuse a nostalgic love of Saturday teatime TV wrestling with a band-of-plucky-underdogs plot that’s straight out of The Full Monty. The result leaves a lot to be desired, but there’s no denying that the film’s heart is in the right place.
The film begins with a wistful flashback to the 1980s, when the nation was glued to British wrestling on ITV’s World of Sport, every Saturday tea-time and young Mark Bolton (Stephen Graham) grew up idolising his wrestler father, Trevor “Bulldog” Bolton (I, Daniel Blake’s Dave Johns) and his wrestling troupe, The Panthers. EastEnders tested pre-watershed limits last night, with Carol Jackson (Lindsey Coulson) branding her scheming brother Max (Jake Wood) a "complete and utter bastard".
Carol's outburst is far from the most traumatic event to occur on the BBC One soap in its 30-year run - or even in the past 12 months - but her potty mouth certainly ruffled a few feathers, with 29 people grumbling to Ofcom.
"People will complain about anything," you might think - and you'd be right. Below are just a few of the complaints made to UK regulator Ofcom in the past year - from hypnotism conspiracies to getting het up over helium.
1. Four people were annoyed they couldn't guess who killed Lucy Beale
This isn't the first time in 2015 that 'Enders has come under fire - a quartet of angry viewers contacted Ofcom in February to complain about the 'Who Killed Lucy?' plot reveal.

EastEnders turns 30 years old this week and it’s the prerogative of a Doctor Who fan to somehow make it all about us.
It’s true that Doctor Who and EastEnders have quite a fair bit in common, though. They’re both long running dramas, for starters (although obviously one of them has been running longer than the other… *ahem*….), and as such they’ve become two of the BBC’s most formidable flagship franchises. What’s more, characters in EastEnders have even been known to regenerate, too. How many times has a character left and come back again with a new face? See, it’s not so different from Doctor Who after all…
After three decades on our screens, Albert Square has played host to a plethora of acting talent and many of its stars have popped up in Doctor Who over the years, too. As well as...
