The acting was fine, fairly low key, which I prefer rather than over the top. That being said, there was something missing. It started well, with the passion for sensing all the smells in compost! But it fell a bit flat moving forwards. I think there needed to be a lot more back story of all the main characters. I really don't understand the garden wrecking scene. It was her ex? Did I nod off? How did he know he was a white supremacist and spray paint swash stickers around his old room?
It's a film of two slightly disjointed halves really and I was missing the emotion in the second half, but watch it and see what you think! :)
