What could have been a very interesting and difficult film would have been one that would have discussed addictive behavior in terms of the addiction, not condemning or belittling the action. If you can deal with a marriage allowing other partners, how many is okay before it interferes with career and family? Most of us are used to balancing sex life with other activities, but what about when sex with strangers is the primary or only non-job activity? When you're open with your kids about it, how does it affect them? It doesn't seem to have hurt his son Scotty any.
