Game Review and strategy
4 November 2023
Review: I used to not like this game that much. I felt it was a weird mix of fun tycoon gameplay with a lesser and more dull version of the classic fnaf gameplay inbetween. That has changed. I still feel like it's not the most tonally consistent of the franchise, but I've come to really love the "night guard" gameplay. It focuses pretty much obly on sound, and the most effective jumpscares end up being ones you've put there in order to make more money in the tycoon gameplay. It's stressfull, but uniquely enough, only as hard as you make it. A very good game and a much better conclusion to William Afton than the new games.

Strategy: STOP USING AUDIO LURE! This might be effective when you're dealing with 1-2 animatronics, but if you, like myself, have decided to play with all 4 of the animatronics in your vents, then this will probably get you killed. For starters, don't accept all of the sponsorships. After a while you will be making more than enough money to not have to take them. Personally I took the first three, and that was enough for me. Just buy the right things for your pizzeria and the money will start to flow in. During the "nights", keep the silent ventilation on, and focus only on the tasks. The animatronics won't camp your vents, they will kind of rythmically make their way towards your office, and then wander off, as long as you listen to what side they are on and stare them down when they enter. With the silent ventilation on, you don't need to keep the main ventilation on anywhere near as much. Instead, try to keep the temperature around 80 degrees (the temperature basically stay still if your computer is off and you use silent ventilation). When the temperature inevitably rises to about 100, you want to find a good moment to turn your main ventilation on. I recommend doing this during a "stare-down" since you are stopping the animatronic from entering your vent, just be sure to not have it on for too long since you might not hear if someone is entering from the other side. It seems to me that the animatronics don't enter both vents at the same time, but enters one vent if the other is clear. I don't know that for 100%, but that's how it's been going for me.

And that's all. This strategy might need some patience, but it certainly made the game easier for me.

Cinematic Magic!
19 March 2023
If you're looking for a short film that packs a punch, look no further than "Coches de Noches" directed by Dari Monero and written by Larry Tereskovski. This film is an excellent example of what can be achieved with great directing and a well-paced script. From the first frame to the last, "Coches de Noches" keeps you engaged and entertained.

One of the strongest elements of this film is the awesome soundtrack. The theme song is a standout, setting the tone for the film from the get-go. But it's the underrated rap track that plays at the start of the third act that really caught my attention. It perfectly captures the mood and energy of the film, and I found myself nodding my head along to the beat.

The story of "Coches de Noches" is a unique one, with cars that come alive and rule a town at night. The film starts with a monologue that sets the scene, and then quickly moves into the action. The coches de noches driving down the dirt roads at night is an unforgettable image, and the music only adds to the excitement.

The pacing of the film is spot on, with just the right amount of action and exposition. The reveal of the coches de noches during the day is a great twist, and sets up the final showdown perfectly. The warrior's arrival is an excellent moment, and the scene where the abuelo crushes the coches de noches with his bare strength is pure cinematic magic.

Overall, "Coches de Noches" is an excellent short film that deserves your attention. The directing, pacing, and soundtrack all come together to create an unforgettable cinematic experience. If you're a fan of action films or just looking for a great short to watch, be sure to check out "Coches de Noches".

Patricia De Marco deserves an oscar.
15 February 2023
"La Casa de Patricia de Marco: Una Pelicula de Terror" is a solid horror movie that delivers some interesting commentary on society and crime, but it fails to connect with the franchise it's part of. The movie starts with a terrifying title card and a loud jumpscare sound that sets the tone for the rest of the film. However, what follows is a story that seems to have no connection to any of the events in the franchise.

The film revolves around two teenagers who decide to break into the house of local legend Patricia De Marco. This decision leads them to encounter the horrifying appearance of De Marco, who screams at them with a performance that deserves an Oscar. The two teens run off in terror, but the movie takes a bizarre turn when De Marco flies towards them from behind and knocks them so hard that they fly away towards the horizon. The film ends with an eerie shot of an unknown man dancing at the house of Patricia De Marco.

Despite its lack of connection to the franchise, "La Casa de Patricia de Marco: Una Pelicula de Terror" is a solid movie that delivers some interesting commentary on society and crime. The film explores the consequences of the actions of the two teenagers, highlighting the dangers of thrill-seeking behavior and the need to respect other people's property.

In conclusion, "La Casa de Patricia de Marco: Una Pelicula de Terror" is a well-made horror movie that offers some intriguing commentary on society and crime. However, it doesn't work as part of the franchise since it has no connection to any of the events in the series. Nonetheless, it's a film that's worth watching for horror fans looking for a thrilling and eerie experience.

Flawed masterpiece
15 February 2023
The Flying Man: A Roblox Origin Story is an ambitious addition to the franchise that unfortunately falls apart in the second half. As a prequel about the fat flying spanish man from the other two films, it starts off strong with an impressive opening credits sequence and an interesting setup for the story. However, the film loses its way in the second half with its unique and ambitious storytelling.

The first half of the film does a good job of setting up the backstory for the flying man and his desire to prove himself as a singer. The scene of him singing on stage and being booed by the audience is a powerful moment that tugs at the heartstrings. However, the film then takes a strange turn as he is punched by a muscular german man and becomes a movie character.

The second half of the film is where it starts to fall apart. The film relies heavily on clips from the previous two films to sum up everything that has happened, which feels disjointed and strange. The flying man is then seen flying through a city without any explanation of when this is happening or why. The sudden stop of the end credits with scenes of capybaras and a photo of a business man with a moon for a head leave viewers scratching their heads and wondering what just happened.

Despite its flaws, The Flying Man: A Roblox Origin Story is a good addition to the franchise that provides some interesting backstory for one of its most beloved characters. The opening credits sequence is as impressive as ever, and the use of a beautiful Chinese song is a nice touch. However, the film's ambitious storytelling and lack of coherence in the second half ultimately holds it back from being as strong as the previous two films.

Masterpiece
15 February 2023
Sad roblox buly story PART 2 is a film that not only smartly connects to the first movie but also expands on its important messages and controversial content. This film takes a step forward in terms of plot development, character growth and overall execution. The opening credits of the first film were amazing, and the second one isn't quite as amazing, but it still impresses and manages to assist the story.

The film explores the aftermath of the first film's climactic scene, where the bully is kicked into space. The credits roll as we see the bully float into space and get sucked into a black hole, and then a spaceship comes out from the black hole and flies to earth. The sequence ends with a dancing student at the school getting blown up by the ship, which is a haunting reminder of the first film's violence.

The smelly teen is happy about his superpowers, but he hears the explosion and goes back to the school. He sees Spanish aliens talking to each other at the school, which terrifies him. He goes to talk to the Spanish fat flying man for help, and the Spanish man agrees. But the Spanish man also tells him about how he was bullied and became a movie character, and that if they defeat the aliens, he will return to his original form.

The film's final battle scene is an epic title card saying "Final battle," and when they're about to fight the aliens, the flying man attacks out of nowhere and blows up the aliens. The flying man flies into the sky as an amazing end credits sequence plays, featuring the amazing song "Su getir," which is obviously a metaphor for the ethical message of the film.

Overall, sad roblox buly story PART 2 is a better film than the first one. It's a well-crafted story that deals with important themes like bullying and the power of friendship. It's also a powerful reminder of the consequences of bullying, and the film does an excellent job of conveying this message. I highly recommend this film to anyone who is looking for a well-written and thought-provoking film that will leave a lasting impression.

A true masterpiece of storytelling.
14 February 2023
"The Sad Roblox Buly Story" is a unique and thought-provoking film that manages to explore deep philosophical and ethical themes while still being an entertaining and engaging movie. The story follows a smelly teenager who is bullied and ostracized by his classmates. Despite his struggles, the film takes a surprisingly humorous approach to the topic, using clever and witty dialogue to keep the audience engaged.

What sets this film apart is its ability to touch on larger philosophical questions, such as the nature of reality, the meaning of existence, and the power of perception. By having the protagonist transform into a ghost, the film comments on the idea of identity and the ways in which we present ourselves to the world. It also delves into the nature of power and how it can be used for good or evil.

The film also explores important issues related to ethnicity and culture, as the character who grants the smelly teen his ghostly powers is a fat flying Spanish man. This serves as a commentary on the complex and often fraught relationships between different ethnic groups and the ways in which they can work together to overcome adversity.

While the plot is admittedly strange and at times difficult to follow, the film manages to keep the audience engaged with its quirky humor and unique visual style. The opening credits are particularly impressive, and the dance sequence at the end is a fitting and satisfying conclusion.

Overall, "The Sad Roblox Buly Story" is a must-see for those interested in exploring deeper philosophical themes within the context of a fun and engaging movie. Its unique approach to storytelling and thought-provoking commentary on real-life issues make it a standout film that is sure to leave a lasting impression on its audience.

Entertaining with some great ideas.
24 October 2022
Obviously, when you have a film set during World War 2 in found footage style (with a higher quality camera than that of a 2010 smartphone) featuring Frankenstein's grandson creating Zombie cyborgs for the German army, you should probably realise that the content is not to be taken all that seriously.

For me, I managed to enjoy "Frankenstein's Army" mainly because of the creativity with the monsters, the practical effects and some actual tense sequences throughout.

If you're tired of super serious and realistic found footage films that take forever to set up a final jumpscare and you're in the mood for something a little more crazy: Frankenstein's Army should do.

Very entertaining.
13 July 2022
It's the 13th today, so why not review a random Friday the 13th movie?

Yes, A New Beginning is a film with many flaws: acting, story, twist, etc. But honestly, I could apply those criticisms to most of the other Friday the 13th films. What makes this one my favorite is the entertainment level. I was never bored watching this film. The dialogue is so random and strange that it's hilarious, the kills are over the top both in quantity and brutality, and the ending is just bad to the point of comedy. I will say though, the atmosphere, score, and performance of "Jason" are very good.

So yes, I actually like this movie. If you watch this knowing it's not a super serious horror film, maybe you will too.

The Backrooms: Backrooms (2022)
Season 1, Episode 1
Effective Short.
26 June 2022
It's always really inspiring to see a small project like this become so popular, and in the case of The Backrooms, it's well deserved. The atmosphere is on point, the little acting we get is solid, and the suspense is very well handled. And even though the film is mostly made in blender, it's very convincing. Good job, Kane Parsons!

Oldboy (2003)
A movie that goes further than your usual revenge story.
23 June 2022
I recently watched Oldboy for the first time, and I can already say that it's one of the best films I've seen. Instead of being your average revenge film, this film focuses on the consequences of revenge over the act itself. The action is amazing, especially the hallway scene, which might've inspired Daredevil's season 1 sequence quite a bit. The story is twisted and horrific, but I wouldn't have it any other way. This is just an amazing movie overall, and if you think you can handle more than what Hollywood films usually contain, you're in for a ride.

Suspiria (I) (2018)
Probably one of the best remakes I have ever seen.
6 June 2022
To remake Dario Argento's Suspiria is probably one of the hardest tasks a filmmaker could take on. But if you're asking me, Luca Guadagnino probably did it the best you possibly could. He understands the template of the original film and honors it in many ways, but instead of going for that nightmare fairy tale feel that the original had he takes it in a completely different direction. This movie is extremely disturbing and effective, and the fact that the film is incredibly well made, acted and edited just makes it so much better. If anyone told me that they preferred this to the original, I wouldn't question that for a second. Don't get me wrong, I've loved the original ever since I first saw it, but I can see myself loving this version more than the original in the future. I honestly don't have anything negative to say about this film, it is THAT good.

Resident Evil 3: Nemesis (1999 Video Game)
Not as good as 2, but enjoyable nontheless.
15 February 2022
Just like 2, I first played this game about a week ago. And even though I didn't find this one as good as Resident Evil 2, I might actually prefer this to the 2020 remake. What makes me say that? Well it's really only one thing; Nemesis. In the remake he's awesome until he turns into a dog creature and instantly becomes less frightening. In this game, he's terrifying. When I was exploring Raccoon City I never felt safe. In the end; Resident Evil 3: Nemesis is a tense, yet short experience that deserves to be played by any RE fan able to handle ps1 controls and graphics.

Resident Evil 2 (1998 Video Game)
Still great in 2022.
15 February 2022
For context, I had never played this game until just a week ago. And once I got into it, I couldn't care less about the dated graphics or tank controls. This game was awesome. I still prefer the 2019 remake though mostly because of the absolute terror the villains of that game brought to the table, even though I loved how Mr X functioned in this game as well. If I had grown up with this game it probably would've been in my top 3 of the series, and I can safely say that I understand anyone who has this as their number 1.

Resident Evil (1996 Video Game)
I enjoyed it, but I'll always prefer the remake.
11 February 2022
I can 100% appreciate everything this game did for the franchise and genre of survival horror, but since I've already experienced the amazing remake multiple times; this felt like the lesser experience. I still had a lot of fun enjoying the atmosphere and hilarious voice acting though and if you're a resident evil fan, you might wanna give this game a try.

Silent Hill 3 (2003 Video Game)
My favorite out of the original 3.
9 February 2022
I loved Silent Hill 3. It takes everything about the previous installments and improves upon them. The atmosphere is creepier, the gameplay is scarier, the sound design is more unsettling and the "otherworld" actually feels like a nightmare. It also really feels like the ending to the series, and even though I would like to play some of the other installments of this franchise, I'm completely satisfied with this ending.

Silent Hill 2 (2001 Video Game)
Amazing, but not my favorite.
9 February 2022
This was my introduction to the Silent Hill game series and that was mainly because of all the praise surrounding this game. And I'm going to say that this is the best story out of the original 3 Silent Hill games. It's very psychological and mysterious in its execution which I thought was really cool and unique. It's just that I didn't have as much fun playing this game compared to 1 & 3. I still loved the experience as a whole even though this isn't my favorite.

Silent Hill (1999 Video Game)
I actually had fun playing a ps1 game in 2022.
9 February 2022
About a year ago I got a ps1 system set up for the purpose of playing the old Resident Evil titles, and it turned out to be so hard for me to get through that original game that I stopped playing it. At first, I felt the same way about Silent Hill, but then something happened: I became invested. Every time I turned off the game for a short break I looked forward to continuing exploring the eerie town of silent hill and progress through the story. And without spoiling anything, I can tell you that I was completely satisfied by the end of it. My only real complaints are that the game is dated, even though that's an easy shot to take; it's unfortunately true. But it didn't get in the way of my enjoyment in the end.

Starman (1984)
Why haven't I watched this earlier?
12 December 2021
Well I know why: It's a non horror film by John Carpenter (aka THE Master of Horror) that pretty much nobody seems to talk about. Well, that needs to change. Starman is an underrated classic and now one of my favorite John Carpenter films. It's funny, emotional, romantic and well acted. The effects hold up surprisingly well and the story was just great. If you haven't watched Starman because of it not being a horror film or any other reason, you need to change that now!

Body Bags (1993 TV Movie)
Great fun.
11 December 2021
Body Bags was a TV anthology film co-directed by Tobe Hooper and John Carpenter, and it's really fun. My personal favorite of the 3 stories is the second one; a creative and disgusting story about the most horrific hair transplant ever. I really liked John Carpenter as the host of this film, even though he's not in it as much as I would've liked. I enjoyed the other two as well but I my problems with the film are mostly from those two segments. The first story was my least favorite since I found the main character to be extremely stupid in the situations she found herself in and the third story felt a bit uninspired, but that's mostly it with the negatives. If you're a horror fan there's a lot to love about this little cult film.

American Pie (1999)
Favorite Comedy.
24 November 2021
American Pie is my favorite comedy of all time, and I have no shame in saying it. It's dumb, it's hilarious but it also has something that most of the films in the franchise lacks: Heart. The characters are great and even though it's very comedic in execution, it's really a film about becoming an adult.

Lake Placid vs. Anaconda (2015 TV Movie)
Disappointed..
18 November 2021
The Anaconda franchise is my favorite guilty pleasure film series out there, so when I watched this I expected some silly CGI fights with the Anaconda and the Crocodile, but I didn't really get it. The anacondas are in this film for a total of about 7 minutes, and the short fight we get between them is disappointing in every sense of the word. What really made this film boring though was the characters. They were either really stupid, really bland or mean and annoying. The characters in the Anaconda franchise are pretty much always terrible but at least they're terrible in a fun way, these characters had me bored to death. I don't recommend this film at all even if you enjoy the other films in the Lake Placid and/or Anaconda series.

Well..
15 November 2021
It was fun to see some famous actors pop up here and there, but what is the point of this film really? While I thought the first one was a fun horror film with some charming Scream vibes, this one is pretty much just a rip off. If there's anything that this film does better than the first it's the kills. They added a lot more gore to this film compared to the first and I thought that was a great choice. If you're a fan of the first film then you could probably watch this one too, but it was really disappointing for me.

Liked it more than I expected!
15 November 2021
I was never really interested in watching this film mainly because I wasn't a fan of the Scream sequels and I kind of hated Urban Legend, but this was a lot better. There are some stupid character decisions and the twist is pretty messy, but I still really enjoyed the movie and found myself more invested in the themes of the film than I could ever expect. 8/10.

Dracula (1931)
Oldschool, gothic horror.
24 October 2021
I'm a huge horror fan and over the years I've seen many adaptations of the Dracula story. This is probably the best though. Yes, it hasn't aged perfectly and that is the reason it's an 8/10 instead of 10/10. But it is truly a work of art. The sets and costume designs blend with the black and white picture to create a classic work of Vampire horror. I recommend watching this during halloween.
