Captain Miller (2024)

Damn sure it's not for OTT

Dhanush's performance might be the highlight, but the story being told in chapters seems unnecessary. GV Prakash made an effort, but some plot points didn't connect well. Certain characters lacked significance, making most scenes predictable. The film tries to recreate moments from Asuran, but they don't evoke the same emotional impact. The screenplay becomes tedious midway through, leaving me without anticipation for the second part. It's not a must-see, but if you have time, you can give it a shot, just don't have high expectations. I feel that Priya Armughhalam's character development fell short, hopefully, the director will make up for it in future episodes.

Had happy tears at least 6 times

What a web series in Telugu. Not sure whether it's connected to everyone or not but my family connected very well. Kudos to director Aditya Hasan and producers. Everyone lives in their characters I never feel that I'm watching drama. I got tears in comedy scenes as well. First time I'm feeling want to watch this web series again. Director was trying to capture more scenes from 90s we were impressed at the same time but bit upset as we expected more comedy scenes. I would recommend this series should watch by all the families. Web series means everyone taking advantage in bold content but this pure family entertainer. May be some flaws you may see but we would accept.

Shaakuntalam (2023)

Wrong attempt by Guna teamworks and Samantha big minus

Samantha is biggest drawback to this movie. Not much expressions and no glamour, her weak expressions leads to feel weakness to audiences. Dev Mohan is ok but not familiar face to Telugu audience another minus. Songs and BGM not apt truly speaking worst. It's a known story but director should show some intensity no elevations. No importance for few characters and poor graphics. Like Srinu Vaitla, it's better to stop makings films by Guna Shekar. Loosing all his reputation. It's time for Dil Raju to stop experiments. Better save money and invest on low budget movies like Balagam. Entire movie no scene creates impact to us.

Virupaksha (2023)

Yes, I'm not exaggerating, it's true statement. Recent times i didn't watch this much gripping screenplay movies. From first scene it self you will be glued to chairs. Music no no background music also biggest asset to the movie. Sukumar, Karthik, Ajaneesh and other cast of the movie yes this is the order if you want to discuss about technical values. That's it. Every character had importance, for every scene there must be some reason. It's Sukumar screenplay LHS=RHS hence proved. Don't want to tell anything about movie everyone must watch in theatre and feel that enjoyment. I'm very proud to see this kind of movie coming from Telugu.

Das Ka Dhamki (2023)

Vishwak improved as a director

It's not boring film, you must enjoy the film. Vishwak sen acting in dual role is good. Nivetha Sethuraj screen presence good. She is beautiful. First half two songs good, second half Mangli item song not catchy it would be improved a lot. From my point of view there were not much flaws in the screenplay. We must surprised with second half. VS taken the movie like a experienced director. Every character had some importance. Aadi and Mahesh comedy and acting also helped to the movie. Few scenes we can predict and first half is dragged with lag scenes. If he choose any comedy scenes in first half it would be more better. Anyway good attempt from VS and team.

Can't control myself on climax

What a movie. Just watched without expectations and story. Movie was made with brilliance. First of thanks to Director Venu for such a emotional movie. Even I started the movie like just an old man rite why showing this much. Later he given justification of every character. Biggest asset to this movie is casting. We really thought yes it's a family, didn't get any doubt. Most of the characters we used to see daily in our routine life. In my point of view Venu also a star director. Other than Venu nobody tackle this movie with that intense. I know only Venu wonders from Jabardasth but this Venu is completely different. No flaws. Bheems music apt in all the scenes. Especially climax song and scenes OMG.😢😢

Vaathi (2023)

Hats off to Venky, thanks to Dhanush for accepting this story

First of all, I would like to say thanks to Venky and Dhanush. After watching trailer I didn't get much expectations on this movie but it was super hit. Today watched on Netflix. What a screenplay. Got goosebumps on emotional scenes. Even cried in few scenes, don't know why but I connected to the movie. No boaring scenes. One good thing from direction point of view is, every character had importance. Sai Kumar sir great expressions. I saw many positive reviews, most of them said feel good movie and emotional but didn't applause the director. I am still thinking without screenplay and direction how the people well connected to the movie? Dhanush proven again as a correct judge in story selection. This might not be highest collected movie in his career but would become one of the memorable movie. Thanks to GV Prakash. Education means lord Saraswathi. Her music instrument is veena. So when people demolished the school place Saraswathi got anger that anger was shown in Veena music. Good one. Overall super movie.

Laththi (2022)

We'll attempt from director, despite weak story

First off all hats off to director for come up with different point and screenplay. But the story is not stronger as screenplay, that's why we're not able to digest few scenes. Vishal gave at his best but needed some workout on physical appearance. Music and photography were good. Director might be new but his taking is commendable. Almost 60% of the movie predictable, he could add more commercials in the middle. He may think if we add other things that may spoil the story, but without strong story how can he survive screenplay. Villains are just ok. All the best to the team for next movies. Hope you will come stronger.

18 Pages (2022)

Released at wrong time ... otherwise would be a blockbuster

One more pure love story after Seetaramam. Gripping screenplay. Just watch this movie in relax mode you must going to love this film. I didn't see Nikhil and Anupama just seen Siddu and Nandini. Nandini character questioned every one, can't we live without mobile? May be this concept not digest to many people that's why didn't reach core people, but that's true. If this movie released after Pongal it would be a big blockbuster. But released in wrong time. We may believe it or not releasing time also would be luck to movies. Shyam Singha Roy also didn't comes under biggest blockbuster because of timing. Sukumar writing and Prathap directions is scored big contribution in the output.

Muthamestri, Gangleader, JVAS getups superb. He is at 68 now but looks like under 40. Coming to story it's not new story but screenplay and twists reveals at good time. Director justice to Raviteja role as well. I liked the movie very much enjoyed throughout the movie. Few characters doesn't have importance that's ok. Special thanks to DSP for music and BGM. Poonakalu can't be loaded without him. Usually in US can't see much audience in theatres in 2nd week, but I had seen good number of audience for this one. It's enough to show Megastar stamina. Thanks Bobby for presenting Vintage Chiru. Chiru means undescribed emotion.

Gripping screenplay with good narration

Don't know why these many bad reviews here. But just watch with peaceful mind you never be regret. First thing we need to understand this web series based on 1985 events so picturization and characterization also would be like that only. Every character had some importance. It's very good in Telugu version not sure about other languages whether dubbing aptes or not. I like the scenes on std phones, video cafe and bank environment. Director and producer taking precautions to maintain that mood with gripping screenplay. Nanadamoori Tarakaratna good as CI. May be he can get few more characters like this in future.

I like Anudeep's comedy screenplay and his different comedy. If we get correct actors every movie becomes Jathi Ratnalu. Satyaraj's sir comedy timing superb. Just watch without expectations you must enjoy. Thaman given fresh music and background. One more biggest plus point for this movie is photography. I liked it. Mariam acting just ok. I don't see any problem with direction. SK had guts to accept this movie. May be few people can't digest this movie for the first time but slowly you will enjoy it. First May be lag but that covered up in second half. French colony and their homes everything very beautiful.

Movie is flop if you are anti PK fan Movie is average if you're movie lover Movie is good if you're Venky fan Movie is superb if you're PK fan.

Simple story line handled nicely comedy generated in few scenes. Shown movie hero fans' first day first show problems. Music and direction good. Good attempt by team. No comparison with Jathi Ratnalu. Few characters need ending but didn't justify that. Hero character ok heroine is talented. Good attempt by Vamshi. Power star fans would enjoy more on few scenes. Vennela Kishore and Jabardasth Mahesh generated fun. Despite small storyline director handled very well through out the climax.

After Sita Ramam one more love story with pure emotions. Nitya Menon and Dhanush gave their best. Overall it's not a new story but director written screenplay very well. Captured many emotions in the story and release them one by one eventually. Had seen whistles in love and emotional scenes. Kudos to director. Anirudh given decent magic. In VIP movie mother song was super hit here father song will be super hit. Bharati Raja sir comedy timing super.

Bimbisara (2022)

Overall it's a good movie

Kalyan Ram did justice to his role. MM Keervani music and Vashista direction well. Few scenes creates interest to involve in the movie. But movie could be better than present. No importance to both heroines, Rajeev Kanakala and Prakash Raj family members. Few Jabardasth actors there but not used them well. Luckily this movie was hit but director need to think about characters, if they don't have any importance or at least some use don't keep that characters. Graphics are just ok. Didn't convince scenes with Prakash Raj and family members.

Dulquer and Mrunalini they suited to their roles. Every character had their importance and justice. Flawless screenplay. Thanks to the director and producers. Love, patriotism and decent characterizations. Music is good but it can be better in some scenes.

Not regular Raviteja movie

First want to tell about good things in movie. 1995 backdrop so director maintain that periodic trending and technology. Tried to imply few scenes related to govt work culture. Sam CS background score good. If good part is 30% other is 70%. Venu character didn't understand properly like his own dubbing. Emotions between important characters are not connected. Shown RT as ambidextrous didn't understand why, intentionally showing he has multi talented but didn't convince properly. Story is predictable. Last 30mns weaken more. Not much importance to many characters. Finally director had some talent in making but chosen weak story with poor screenplay.

Yes because of that negative feedback we also watched the movie. But movies was good and no boring scenes. Few scenes were not connected Prakash Raj consultancy problems. In US, most of the consultancies earning well and those problems and solutions were not realistic. I enjoyed flashback episode in Naryanapuram. Overall it's a good movie.

Pakka Commercial (2022)

Director come up with one strong line but that's predictable. Audience won't feel any surprises. No gripping screens and many flaws in the screenplay. Expecting minimum comedy from Maruthi but end up with forceful way. Not much from Jakes Bejoy.

If you eat Biryani daily you will be bored same way every scene made for hero elevations. Can't digest. First one hour is forceful character introduction of new characters. Shots were fine but it's not perfect screenplay.

Story is routine but screenplay and direction is new and impressive, that's the reason you won't feel bore in the 3hrs. Situation comedy is nice. Sundaram and Leela characters narration and performance is too good. Remaining all other supporting artists got their space and justice to their roles. Many sensitive scenes but director handled wisely with precautions. Perfect example of handle with care. Vivek Sagar BGM is too good in pre climax scenes. Will go this movie again.

This is the movie which I must watch once in a year. It's my all time favorite movie. Many goosebump scenes would come with emotional. Every scene is important and BGM carried the soul of the plot. Songs were biggest asset. This movie might be commercial flop but it's bagged many national awards. Chiru expressions with eyes oh my god I loved it. Shobana garu did wonderful performance. This movie was remade in Tamil after 2 years with name 'Unnal Mudiyum Thambi' starring Kamal Hassan, Sita and GG. Same director but Telugu original is all time classic. If you see Tamil version you would admit that.

After watching Sagara Sangamam, Swathi mutyam, Sankarabharanam how would you feel? I got same feeling after watching this web series. So many sensitive matters carried with perfect emotions. Director Priya dealing this story in very nice manner. No embarrassing scenes, no over action. Every character had justice to the main plot. My favorite episode is Seetha. Amrutha Srinivasan was excellent. Other episodes were peaceful. Feel good web series.

Had seen many reviews like Tapsee not good or illogical characters something something. But I watched this movie for those three boys. Comedy worked out well. No boring scenes. Gripping screenplay. Boys acting good. If you have some good mood then this would be the option to watch.
