Carole Baskin Is a sociopath

Warning: Spoilers
I mean the alleged murder was one thing. But then she went after old people for money she doesn't even need "to prove a point". As crazy as Joe is, this woman gives off an aura of pure evil and is unfathomable. I think Joe signed everything over to her mother because he probably believed that even she wouldnt go that far. Elderly people. Just monstrous and disgusting.

They replaced the Cad Bane Arc for this...
4 April 2020
Warning: Spoilers
But they reference Cad Bane in this episode anyways. Perhaps one of the most useless arcs in the series. They cut down the show but decide to keep some of the more redundant episodes. I mean they were able to complete Echo's arc. They didn't need this interlude stuff to complete Ahsokas. And now Cad Bane's arc is incomplete for what? this? who made this decision?

Oh right, the woke crowd in Disney wanted to "balance" it out so the show focused more on woman. And now we have a ruined, long awaited, six year finale. Im done watching. It'll get better im sure, but this is just disappointing. George Lucas wouldnt have done this, he would have kept the show completely focused on story and not appeasing a bery small percentage of the shows demographic.

This isn't Clone Wars material

Bad writing of characters and story, this just feels like a giant interlude. Except these are the final episodes of the show.

The Witcher (2019– )

Pretty good adaptation, but not for everyone
22 December 2019
Sapkowski's book plots and storylines makes the core of this tv series, but sadly the series also *unnecessarily* distorts certain components. This isnt a criticism everyone will understand, but seeing things that didnt go the way they were supposed to, when the producers easily could have made it so, can be extremely irritating. i had this problem when i watched lotr (and im sure a lot more people did as well when watching the Hobbit); but respect to fellow fantasy goers nonetheless. adaptations always end up doing this to the reader's base, it is just by what degree that is important. And I am sorry to say this, but for me here, it is at The Hobbit level of distortion.

Despite that, the acting is great and this is well made. But comparing both novels and this, the novels are superior in carrying out underlying messages and the character's personalities. this will be interesting for someone who has not read Sapkowski's work, but as someone who did, the series feels drab. Stopped at episode 4, and I dont think I will finish. Great acting though by Henry Cavil. Even though Geralt is meant to be a grouchy old man, he does really well in adjusting to the role. And respect to everyone who enjoys watching.

Could have done without the forced female agenda
28 April 2019
Great movie, just really annoying how they force captain marvel and make her into a ***** and have this scene with all the female heroes only on purpose. it was so forced it made me cringe. marvel wasn't in it that much, but the scenes she were in with dialogue were just horrible, she came off so smug.

Just as good as the original
22 November 2018
Suspenseful, quick and addictive just like the original series. I was worried at first because the acting in the first episode was mediocre, especially with Michael Peña. But after the first episode the story and acting picks up. One of the DEA agents is one of the brothers from Its Big Time in Hollywood FL lol good stuff. Definitely a must watch.

It's Simple, Funny And Good Acting
8 October 2018
The show is very low key, but it's also well played out. Some people say they just couldn't get into it and that episodes were too long, etc. but they dont really explain why they dont like it. Like they say the wanted it to be something more or were expecting something big to happen, but that's how most shows are. This one was entertaining.

Great Series, But Biographies are best left with books
25 September 2018
It was fun to watch, but it captured so little besides the very general known facts about John Adams and his character, and that of him being around others. Not only that, but all the actors were always looking super uncomfortable in some sort of way or another. Maybe it was a just a colonial thing? lol. Dont really recommend watching, but the person who played John Adams played him perfectly.

When a movie is more well known than the actual Constantine the Great smh
15 September 2018
I am more upset because I am trying to do a paper and I keep seeing stuff on this movie instead of the actual Constantine. But I have tried watching this movie a few years ago and could not watch it way too cheesy.

Not Funny and Very Partisan
8 September 2018
The Major Thing I liked about Jon Stewart, was that he was comedic and didn't act like a partisan. If Republicans did something wrong, he teased at them, if the Democrats did something wrong, he teased at them. But Trevor Noah...he is biased and one sided, and completely ignorant of certain controversies. Not only this, he isn't even comedic. People in the audience are laughing when the stuff he says isn't funny. I grew up in a Republican family and they had great respect for Jon Stewart. But Trevor Noah, he's a black nationalist and only helps to divide our nation on race; just like how South Africa is divided on race. An ugly country with ugly people, Trevor. I have seen your country's history, seen what people say and the way they all think (Black and White) is completely disgusting both ways. Your response to the French Ambassador proved that much, you are unwilling to see people beyond their race.

Subverted My Expectations...With a Horrible Execution
8 September 2018
This movie was not well made in the slightest, horrid editing and so many illogical decisions made. I could not finish the movie also because it was also very boring, I stopped a little after the two hour mark. And Disney Stonewalls actual criticisms with identity politics, this is not the Lucasfilms I remember. Even the worst of their movies I had fun watching. If the movie is so good, why do all the top reviews give the movie bad ratings? Disney is pulling their censorship too far with this, it's appalling.

Great Potential

Kept me entertained, pretty mellow but I think it'd get much better with a second season. The Episodes do slowly get better. Note: I actually watched all the episodes, unlike the most of these chums.
