Stolen Lilies (2020)

The $13,000 budget is all you need to know!

I don't know what is worse, the acting, the dialogue or the insufferable script. If you want to be bored, then the long and endless boring dialogue is for you. If you want to see young girls try their first attempt to act, and act miserably, then this extremely verbose movie is for you. Human trafficking is a very serious problem in the world and to see a movie that almost forgets this as their target, belittles a very serious subject. I imagine the writer of this garbage started out with the idea to exploit human trafficking and quickly got lost in this endless chat-fest, forgetting what the original objective was.

Seriously, avoid this garbage. That's an hour and a half of your life that you will never get back!

How It Ends (2021)

Snoozefest !!!

I am just over halfway through this film, and it has been 100% conversation, none of which was the least bit stimulating. Anyone who rates this higher than a *1*, must be related to someone in the film. The characters are all immediately forgettable and seem to be as bored as the viewers who are trying to stay awake. I'm wondering what could possibly happen in the last half of this film that would ever get me to change my dismal rating? If these people are this boring on the final day, then I can see why there is no excitement in their miserable lives. They are not losing anything but more years of being boring and miserable. Who wrote this crappy dialogue?

Small City (2021)

Abysmal Sound Quality

When you have watched 10 minutes into the film and realize that you have not been able to discern any meaningful dialog at all, that says something for the sound quality of the movie. They mumble their dialog while uttering a low-class gang-style British accent. A better sound quality may have enhanced the ratings for the film.

The Carnivores (2020)

As short as this movie was, it was too long for me to tolerate!

If I wanted to make a movie to be voted as the worst movie of all-time, this plotless movie is a promising scenario. Lousy script, lousy acting and possibly the worst dialogue of any movie I have ever seen. I made it about half way through the movie and even that was too long. More time in my life that I will never get back again.

High Life (2018)

I made it through 41 minutes!

There are still some decent movies available so why waste your time watching this drivel ???

The Rental (2020)

This movie had so much potential and I could think of a dozen endings that would have rated this movie substantially higher, but they decided to turn it into a cheap slasher film at the end instead of making a movie that would be a psychological thriller. Imagine what could have been done with the surveillance that was being taken. It was just wasted.

Ganja & Hess (1973)

As painful as a bad toothache!

I knew I was in for an absolutely horrible movie when I saw that they couldn't even afford to pay anyone for the opening credits. Just about as poorly and cheaply made as possible for a movie. Then when the movie started, with cheap low quality music, my expectations actually got lowered. To make matters worse, whoever they hired to do the sound quality must be a relative of the people who did the opening credits and the music. The sound quality was so bad that there were times you could not even distinguish the dialog. I felt very generous giving this movie one star. After seeing what the gross box office receipts were, I was thankful that people still showed class and would not waste their time on a movie with what must have been an all-time low budget.

The Crawlers (1990)

Perfect example of HOW NOT TO ACT !!!

The plot could have been interesting if the directing how allowed the scenes to flow together instead of being choppy throughout the movie. But the thing that really stands out in this movie is the acting, or should I say lack of acting. They could have found better actors at a child's school play. It was like they were given a line and they just spewed out the words without any emotion or rationalization as to their meaning. Were these actors actually paid for their abysmal performance? I would classify this movie in the same realm as PLAN 9 FROM OUTER SPACE!

The War Boys (2009)

Better take a nap than waste your time on this movie

I agree with the previous review who asked if we were watching the same movie. I kept waiting to witness the vigilante portion of the movie and must have yawned and missed it.

Outside of the final 10 minutes of the movie, you can go outside and do something more useful.

My guess is that the movie was supposed to show sympathy for those crossing the border illegally to enter the country but I never felt any sympathy.

The acting was acceptable but the storyline was anything but interesting. In case you missed my review... don't bother!

Atrocious Casting

Elizabeth Berkley's acting was possibly the worst thing about the movie. No way could she ever come across as being a real editor. The other characters are shallow at best and leave the viewer unable to care about any of them. The plot line is average and, with a decent cast, would have raised my vote to average. The movie is characterized as being suspense but since the characters are so poorly acted, the viewer will probably hope that they all get killed before the film is over.

I see that 11% of the votes were 10's which could only have been friends and relatives of the actors. Truly horrible acting.
