Tense and Suprising

Based on other peoples opinions I thought I would not make it to the end. But really, it kept me watching. The uncertainty that keeps you guessing is very well played. Ofcourse it is not one of the true great ones, but at least it has a good story, and a good twist at the end. Maybe it could have used a little more action. Not a bad watch at all.

The Nickel Ride (1974)

Too Late but still underrated

This title should have been made 20 years earlier. This feels like a 50's crime noir. The story starts really slow, and keeps you waiting right until the end. Despite being not as action packed as most modern or even similar aged titles, it will appeal to a certain audience. If you are into crime noir this is right up your alley. I certainly understand why it did not get much attention trough the years, but it should not be written of as badly made. Just picture it in black and white and 20 years earlier. It makes perfect sense. The star player is still stuck in the past, and is unable to chance to modern times. Modern being 1974. Of course there are plenty of other better titles, but not a bad watch for a rainy afternoon.

Serial Killer 1 (2014)

Heavily underrated

This movie keeps you in suspence to the very end. Something I did not expect at all. Usually these kind of story's become predictable, but in this case not at all. Actually I found it to be a little hidden gem in crime storys. Certainly needs to be seen.

Hostiles (2017)

too bad for the ending

Up until the last ten minutes, i figured it was half decent. But one minute christian bale is slicing someones throat, and just one minute later he is thirty years up in time, but still the same age and walking in a suit. Sweet happy ending. Just bad ending.

Very well made

Very much under estimated movie. It is very well made, despite being on a small budget. This one deserves to be seen!

I personally think the script is pretty good, for a action movie ofcourse. Actually made to be somewhat realistic, and a few plot twist, some jokes. All in all worth the watch. Have seen action movies that where pretty bad, but not this one. All in perspective a well made movie.

Shot Caller (2017)

Impressive Story Line

In the beginning you keep wondering about how a successful businessman becomes a hardcore neo nazi inmate. You have a clue, but you are not quite sure. This is truly one of the best movies I have seen in a while. Especially how the story unfolds and uplifts the veil a little bit more, while you watch further. Sometimes shocking, but realistic, and not fake. I was never bored during the watching of this movie, while usually only the first or last half of a movie is worth while. But not with this one. If you want to see a modern well made film, this is a must see.
