Completely dreadful!
17 February 2006
My cousin rented this movie for me, saying that it was the most hilarious movies she'd ever seen. I told her that I'd watch it, but she insisted to watch it with me. So we put it in the DVD player, and pressed the play button. It played for about two minutes, when my cousin started laughing at some "hilarious joke." Hilarious? Yikes! Who wrote the script? I just kept staring at the screen, bored, watching my cousin laughing at the guy's breathing, or something. I didn't see the humour in it. I just remember waking up the next morning next to the TV, and my cousin saying, "What did you think of it?" I replied with, "I only saw the first fifteen minutes before falling asleep." I don't recommend this movie to anyone, because it's very stupid, and the worst movie I've ever seen. I give it one star... only because I can't rate it any lower.

Mysterious Ways (2000–2002)
Amazing...
17 February 2006
I know this show was canceled about five years ago, but I just started watching the reruns a couple months ago, and fell in love with the show. True, the episodes aren't in order that way, but I don't think it really matters. Peggy Fowler, the psychiatrist (is that what it's called?) is a really interesting character, because you find out more and more about her as the series continues. Of course, Declan Dunn is great; I love his klutziness, and how he always jumps to conclusions, and Peggy and Miranda step in to help him, though more skeptically. Which brings me to Miranda Feigelstein (is it Feigelsteen or Feigelstein?), another amazing character. She's just so serious, and so focused, you can't help but love her character. An amazing show, and I'm very sorry it was canceled.

Twitches (2005 TV Movie)
6/10
Not bad...

Warning: Spoilers
I have been reading the T*Witches series since I was ten, and, well, I was disappointed with the movie, to be honest.

Let me just say that they changed a lot of stuff; too much, in my opinion. The cast they chose doesn't look a lot like the characters described in the books at all.

Also, Karsh and Ileana can't have dated! Karsh is Ileana's protector, just as Ileana is the twins' protector. In the books, Karsh is old enough to have been Ileana's grandfather, since he was born before Ileana's parents were. Besides, Ileana already has a boyfriend.

In the books, Emily, Camryn's "mother" doesn't know that the twins are magical, while she sort of knows in the movie.

There's more, but I don't want to spoil it all for you. Overall, not the greatest movie, but it wasn't horrible. I would say this: for you fans of the T*Witches books, I recommend that you stick to the books, not the movie.
