This is actually quite a good movie.

Direction is good, scenery is beautiful and while somewhat predictable story it's good entertainment.

Give it a go.

Could have been good

This is everything that's wrong with Hollywood.

This show spouts liberalism constantly. All its characters are super fit, over represented minorities, cliche kids played by mid 20 year olds, and wooden acting.

I like the idea, it has promise but they spoil it with left wing propaganda.

Clunky

Warning: Spoilers
Just jumps between the three Separate years randomly without reason or need.

The only way to tell is Jeanette's hair style.

You'll enjoy 90s music and film references but aside from that it's a shallow, wound out mish mash of poor story telling that takes too long to get to the point

Also still found a way to virtue signal.

Not bad

Not a horror..

Can't work out why the oldest son is a different colour to the rest of the family.

No real cinematography. Bland ending with no substance. Strange characters. But it draws you in.

Actually pretty good

Ignore the negative reviews. They're from those who don't appreciate the genre and retro horror story.

Plus, it has a really good ending!

Don't buy in to the hype. It's a decent movie, but not perfect like so many other reviews portray

Slow. PC.

Kinda misses the mark.

Intent on making white people look bad for no reason.

Kind of entertaining

In typical 2020 British fashion they make sure every minority is represented. Gays. Lesbians. Dominant females. Annoying white men. Interracial relationships.

Acting is ok, plot moves slow, characters that will grind your gears.

Wish they could make a decent t.v. show without the politicizing

Reverse racism at its finest.

Over acted.

Thin plot.

Everything that's wrong with modern society.

Skip it. Save yourself some angst

Just weird.
12 September 2019
It's a rip off of Lost, but gets just as weird even quicker.

The characters are unlikable. They're stupid. They're a bunch of 30ish year olds acting like teens in the first few episodes.

Then it's an attempt at sci fi, but worse. It's bland, its slow, it makes no sense.

While I think some reviews are extremely harsh, it's actually a pretty poor series too.

Uplifting movie

Another quality production from the Kendricks brothers.

Clean, gospel driven and enjoyable. Something you can enjoy watching with your family. Something our nation needs is more quality films like this

Two hours of mumbling
9 August 2019
Warning: Spoilers
Don't bother.

It's two hours of inaudible dialogue with some Gaga singing.

The dialogue is indecipherable. Mumble mumble mumble.

Please don't believe the hype. This movie is hard to watch, unless you like Glee or something.

My heart bleeds for the victims and their families. But this slow, meandering and poorly produced film does not help.

Please, don't waste your time.

Pros: good scenery

Negatives: b grade acting, stupid plot that's so unbelievable.

I have no idea how this movie got funding. It's that bad.

Nostalgia....with a PC injected
31 May 2019
This could have been wonderful. A 90s set TV show with enough nostalgia to make us 90s kids escape from reality for a while.

But no.

They had to inject modern, PC hysteria. Stuff that didn't exist back then, becomes the central theme of the show.

It's just inappropriate and wrong.

Let life be life, and TV be entertaining without the need to thrust the latest issue of the day onto us.

Tired, boring, poorly acted. Just a rambling, nonsensical show that relies on bland and dull characters.

Give it a miss.

Good. But slightly over rated

Unless you've been living under a rock, you've heard of GoT.

My 2 cents?

It's good. Very good. But also very over rated.

Watch. Enjoy. Experience. Buy don't buy into the hype.

Poignant, melancholy yet inspiring
24 February 2019
If you love movies that are simple in plot, yet deep and touching then you'll enjoy this.

It's so refreshing that movies like this are still made. It proves that you don't need excessive special effects, a political agenda or profanity to create a world class movie. The basic storytelling somehow captures the human spirit and the beauty that is friendship and happiness we have in the company of those we love.
