Atlas (2024)
Jennifer Lopez as Atlas... is a STELLAR thing for Netflix!
Unexpectedly amazing! Stellar performances by everyone!
Jennifer Lopez is too good!
This character Atlas is a different kind of character, and it fits her well.
Sometimes you have to ask one question.
Can AI be trusted?
I guess we can never know sometimes. I like the humor in this being with the action packed moments.
Jennifer Lopez did produce this after all.
The humor was spot on in certain moments.
The story was pretty good. AI can turn on us someday and that is truly frightening.
This film actually had me siding with an AI for a bit. Atlas actually ended up doing pretty well with the tech suit.
She never knew how she could trust anybody. But Smith was the one who earned that trust the right way.
Rebel Moon - Part Two: The Scargiver (2024)
Zack Snyder has done it again!! And I LOVED IT EVEN MORE!
The epicness went higher, the emotional moments went deeper, the action was on a higher level, the characters had the time to know each other better than last time, and right now, all I can truly say is, well done. This was an awesome film. Better yet, an awesome sequel to the first Rebel Moon.
Zack Snyder has done it again! Made another epic Netflix film that literally stepped up it's game! Not sure what these critics or haters want so badly. Once again, they expected too much. Expectations don't help. I enjoyed both Rebel Moon Part 1 and 2 for what they were and that made me glad with what I witnessed. Another awesome Sci-Fi film this year! I gotta see Part 1 and Part 2 again! If there ever is a Rebel Moon Part 3, I'm all in! The performances were truly amazing! I gotta see them both again!
Damsel (2024)
The story that changes EVERYTHING!
Outstanding! That's all I have to say!
For some reason, this film showed me something entirely different. It's like a story about romance and adventure, but with darker twists and turns.
Millie Bobby Brown who we both know from Stranger Things as Eleven, and as Enola Holmes, does her most outstanding performance as Princess Elodie.
Usually dragons do not terrify me, but this one in Damsel actually terrify me in ways I never thought can be possible in the dark.
Survival is a main priority when escaping a deadly creature. Let alone having difficulty in facing what is ahead
Still, this film had me hooked until the end, and I recommend this one!
Brazen (2022)
Nice one!
Been a fan of Alyssa Milano for a long time now, and I must say, for a mystery type of film, I was intrigued! Netflix can also do a Lieftime film better than the "Lieftime" channel!
Some call this predictable, and some name it something else, but I call this film something from my own perspective.
"Simply Mysterious".
If I had a sibling who's been taken away from me and killed in such an unnecessary way, I wouldn't let it be just for the Police to get to the murderer by themselves.
The love for family is not a joke and Milano's character proved just that.
I'm glad I payed less attention to the negative reviews, and glad I saw this.
Nice one!
Rebel Moon - Part One: A Child of Fire (2023)
Phenomenal Netflix Film!!
I'm shocked by how phenomenal this one was!
Not once did I expect much, but I can see why I never trust any critics or what their kiss-wissy hater bandwagon types wanna say about movies when they only speak to feel more disgusted about everything.
I mean, really? It doesn't sound like they've seen this at all. Instead they don't want anything to do with something cooler to see, or impactfing, or dark, or slo-mo alike, or even inspiring.
Honestly, you haters have a problem with this movie having slow motion, but you never had a problem with slow motion in The Matrix films, did you?
Either way, this one was phenomenal.
Inheritance (2020)
A SHOCKING TWIST OF A THRILLER!
Look, I am in shock right now that my brain is trying to process everything and it's a shock. Lily Collins was amazing here being straight to the point as a Lawyer. Simon Pegg was eerie and impressive as the haunting and mysterious man locked up in chains for whatever reason. The story made me think.
I don't really understand why the negative feedback had to be so high against this film. I never thought I'd be in shock right now, but it was a phenomenal experience I had. Gladly I didn't let anyone stop me from watching this was actually, and with this film so insanely thrilling, I highly recommend it.
Heart of Stone (2023)
Worth It & Full Of Heart! LET'S GO!!!
Seeing this with Gal Gadot as an agent for with an agency known as "Charter" is full of an amazingly fun and adrenaline rushing as the story gives details on how there is always a twist and who is who during the battles and leads to who contains the biggest weapons an enemy can get their hands on. But this weapon is so dangerous, there is no way the enemies against Rachel Stone would let it go. But this film was worth it in the end. I highly recommend this one!
If there's ever a second part, of there is ever a sequel to this, I would to see it, because this was incredible with Netflix.
More please! 😊
The Flash (2023)
The Flash Truly Is The Fastest Man Alive!
Worth every penny, and every ounce of waiting. DC's good old Skarley Speedster is back and better than ever! Michael Keaton's Batman and Sasha Calle's Supergirl made this even better as well. I enjoyed this like any DC fan would. I can't wait to see this again.
I expected nothing much, and enjoyed everything I witnessed despite a two controversy and came out the theater smiling. I highly recommend this to others who are truly DC Comic fans and are fans of The Flash.
As much I enjoyed this movie, a sequel is not necessary. The DCUE ends, the DCU officially begins.
I cannot wait to see this again... in a flash!
Kate (2021)
Adrenaline Rush Over 90000!!!!
This movie was an amazing one in my book, along with the story, even if it was similar to a few I've already seen before. I enjoyed the action, I enjoyed the emotions, I was amazed by how the film's settings were almost like an Anime type of film, and Mary Elizabeth Winstead's performance as a badass like Kate surprised me.
I still don't understand the hatred of this movie from critics or some haters who don't know how to pay closer attention without complaining so fast, which is why I don't let negative reviews stop me from checking this films out. I saw it for myself.
It doesn't have to be an "Oscar Worthy" kind. It wasn't made for that.
It also had an Atomic Blonde and John Wick feel to it.
To be honest, despite it being "Predictable", it was worth it. I'm definitely seeing this one again.
It was a fun movie to see. It had my eyes completely stuck on it everytime, and I'm really glad I saw it.
With some Boom Boom Lemon, The adrenaline was truly..... OVER 90000!!!!
Charlie's Angels (2019)
Good enough.
I don't know what haters are talking about... On this day, I see clearly.
Stranger Things: Chapter Eight: The Battle of Starcourt (2019)
Tears fall, but out of love for this whole season and the show's talent. Thank you.
This episode was epic in every way... And then it broke me. This season finale had me worried about each character, and then it had me in tears.
This finale was definitely the most moving thing David Harbour said it was, and I agree.
The ending was also not only moving, but very emotional.
This season is DEFINITELY the best one yet as well!!
That post credit scene though....... Hopefully Season 4 gives the answers.
Stranger Things: Chapter Seven: The Bite (2019)
Oh boy!!
Oh boy!! Leading up to the season finale, the gang is coming back!! El having a serious injury that makes her feel worse, and possibly unable to fight back.... This is it.
Stranger Things: Chapter Six: E Pluribus Unum (2019)
Another one that surprises me!!
Yup! I am surprised! Because this one has me concerned about El and her friends. Joyce, Hopper, Murray, and Alexi on the other hand always seem to make me laugh.
Stranger Things: Chapter Five: The Flayed (2019)
Once again! Excellent!
If only folks here were using their eyes and their minds correctly.
This episode was full of things I was expecting.
Stranger Things: Chapter Four: The Sauna Test (2019)
VERY INTENSE!
I have to admit, this episode put in the middle of my seat with goosebumps.
Stranger Things: Chapter Three: The Case of the Missing Lifeguard (2019)
So far, so good!
This episode clearly is starting to set up a very important mystery. I'm loving it already.
Stranger Things: Chapter Two: The Mall Rats (2019)
It's supposed to be different! I love how it's going!
So, far this season has the best start and the second best start. It's all about the Summer Of Love. One thing that's supposed to happen since this season is supposed to be more different compared to the first two.
Stranger Things: Chapter One: Suzie, Do You Copy? (2019)
Excellent!
This is the best start to the Season. I'm actually impressed, unlike the hypocrites here.
Captain Marvel (2019)
Unexpectedly Marvelous!
I was a bit not expecting too much, but then this film gave me a lot of attention in a way to surprise me with the story, plot, mostly where it all went until the end. Discovering who you really are, is the best thing to do, especially when you find out which side was the wrong one the whole time.
I waited years for this character to have her own Marvel movie, and it came. All I can say is one thing for sure. Captain Marvel/Carol Danvers is simply and utterly - Marvelous! 👍
P.S: Haters and Trolls don't speak for us anywhere, or here.
Stranger Things: Chapter Seven: The Lost Sister (2017)
This Episode Makes Total Sense! Awesomeness delivered!! Loved it!
A very important episode for a very important character to have her own journey, there's some who call this episode a "disaster" or a "X-Men ripoff" but this show can't always be just a "Horror in the 80's" kind of show. It can bring the best out of anything it has as long as it fits in well, because it's about story telling. I fully and fairly understand why this episode was created. When it comes to exploring more about yourself, it can be anywhere with a good reason, if there is secrets about yourself you don't know, might as well find out the answers to them. This was an awesome episode, I loved how it was done for a fan favorite's journey! Not one part of it was that bad. So please, don't skip this episode (if you want to skip then fine), it's a very important one to see and not miss out on.
A+ 👍
